Ok, I'm ok with being cut off in the middle of super-important business details in my internet spaecshep world. I'm ok with the static broken Sanctum in our home system. I'm ok with my cans being deleted, and losing a half a bil.
But calling this "unscheduled downtime"? C'mon, I know it's technically accurate, and unoffensive, but seriously, this isn't downtime, this is a f*ckup.

Sorry, but since when cargo containers disappears from space after server reboot?
It is second time it happened to me (first was scheduled downtime a week ago - cost me roughly 2 cans of ore that was freshly created 10 min prior to DT).

Someone said they rolled back the server. So... if they rolled back the server to a point before you created the cans... Well, sucks for you.

Call whatever you want. I had a DG invuln, and 2 weeks of anomming loot and salvage in these cans, anchored at a safespot. They were at a safespot because I used to have them anchored at a PoS, until the owners of the PoS got a message from CCP telling them that it was causing server issues, and they need to be removed. I was too tired to be in control of a ship one night, and deleted the bookmark I had for the cans, instead of the bookmakr I had for the wreck field. CCP didn't reimburse the bookmark.
