Originally by: cosmoray I can provide the loan.
For a 10B ISK loan, you would:
1. Need to provide 11B ISK in collateral. All collateral HAS to be in high sec, and agreed with me. 2. Pay interest of 6% per month (600M ISK). If payment is 10 days late the loan is defaulted. 3. Loan would have to be completed before patch or collateral would have to be reviewed for longer term loan
If you can do better, I advise you to take it.
We can pay 6%, collaterl is in high sec but not 110%, I'll contact u in-game. We prefer not to pay a 100% collateral as we do not see then why we would ask for that amount if we already have it, but we can afford a important percentage of collateral. We have no problem with the 3rd condition.
We have about 9b in collateral things atm and we do not consider them to help us pay on time, some things we have: carrier and a 1b bpo researched me5 and some other stuff.
Originally by: Kazuo Ishiguro I would be prepared to lock down BPOs for you within my corp, where you would be able to do research on them at a high-sec POS. I would accept all the invested isk and use it to buy the BPOs, then you could buy them from me after finishing the research.
I think this is probably the only way you'll get a loan without any additional collateral or audit. It would be better if you paid for at least 1 BPO yourselves and let me lock that down as well, as it would increase the level of collateral available to investors.
We are considering ur offer.
To pay back the loan we'll do it by means of our income not only capital ships production. And as u may know 10 bpo to build, let's say a dread, it is not enough as they need 12 or 13 components plus the dread bpo. So this is just a step. We consider to get a loan, afford a % of collateral but not 100% so we can invest more isk. We do not consider to pay all the loan with the profit of construction, but with our daily activities too. That is why I say one or two months, we are very sure we can pay in one month, if not all almost all, so interest is not a problem. We can really wait one or two month more to get that amount without having to leave our current investments (I mean to save 10b isk), but we want to do things a little faster. And about audit, you may give a try to pics we can show, so you can see we really can afford that payment, also we've bought characters, that should say something of our financial status.

problem is mate without an audit to verify you have the means to make the money and without collateral this is a none starter really. there may be people willing to invest without 110% collateral but they'd need an audit to show you have the means to make the money

There is no reasonable method of you getting the loan without 100% collateral, as you have no MD 1337 rep points.
Please stop expecting differently.
Thanks. ----- Regarding high-sec mining:

The accusation that there is some elitism in this forum is not without merit. The often overlooked thing is that with merit you are allowed to have some elitist opinion(s) about those who don't even try. This is in part why I eve mailed you in game. Your stance demonstrates one of two things: a - You don't understand how to seek public funds in Eve or b - You are seeking them but not to return them back. I'd wish you well but doing so could be encouraging bad things to happen. In fact, even if you are not planning to scam you could still botch this up royally by not understanding your own business... so nix any potential well wishing. PS: This is what privileged discussion with an auditor brings about.

So you want do things a little faster but you don't want to do what's required to do things a little faster? You basically expect people to just give you money for no other reason than that you'd like to have money now, and you offer nothing in return.

Should I assume the rest of the post (post-quote) was directed at OP? Note that I have nothing against people getting audited etc etc and getting loans without collateral (I have quite a bit of no-collateral loans going right now myself, and I'd like to think that at least so far my lenders have been satisfied with my performance as a borrower) but OP is obviously shooting themselves in the foot and on the nonexistent MD rep points game has been steadily attempting to drive themselves into the negatives. I still look forward to the possibility that OP can arrange a loan and successfully negotiates repayment; I simply don't consider it plausible without the collateralization option, given OP's initial stances. ----- Regarding high-sec mining:

I never said we refuse to give collateral, just that we don't see point in giving 100%, that means a lower %. Maybe, I'm not good enough typing in English, but I think it is pretty clear what I wrote.

Again, I said we're offering collateral but not 100%, it is easy to assume about 50% collateral at least, is that nothing to you?

There was a guy offering loans for partial collateral a couple of months ago. He was bankrupt in no time. So yeah, 50% is equal to nothing for all intents and purposes.

As i allready pointed out your 3% allready is not worth much as a monthly return.Usually for newcomers like yourself it is 100% collateral with at least 5% return a month.I'd advice actually reading the comments made in here and change the plan according to it or don't even bother looking for funding on MD.

I can get 3% return on 10bil by sticking my finger in a light socket.
There's really no point to give you an uncollateralized loan for 3% return, even if you put collateral up I wouldn't touch this for under 5%.

You are not listening. Interest rate is a secondary concern. You are not addressing the primary concern: No collateral, No audit. No go. PS: Not my call to make nor is it my rules. Its simple reality.

I mean I could start reducing my collateral requirements on loans and begin to trust people, as long as we all agree to sit in a circle in the sun making daisy chains.
Back to reality. A person tried to run a loan business (10B ISK) based on 50% collateral and trust. Guess what he went bankrupt in 1 month.
To the OP, the only way you will get 10B ISK is if you can hand over 11B in collateral.
If you want more help roll out your entire business plan.
State exactly where the ISK is going and what it will be spent on. Then detail how the profits will be made. If the plan is really good, maybe I can talk more.
