Steps to take to stop hating the Internet:
1. Relax.
2. Turn off your computer and go outside for a few hours a day. Play some sports. It is also recommended to take a 15-minute break every hour while using a computer.
3. Get a spouse. This helps a lot.
4. If all of the above fails, disconnect your modem and seek immediate counseling.

Seriously you should brush up on your basic human interaction skills a bit. Even if what you were saying was true, you present yourself as such an unlikable character that literally noone will listen.
