When I have my mission busting hat on...if well organised, we'll
bring along a disco-BS to demonstrate to a captured target that
if they want to save their pod which will surely be forfeit their
only chance is to eject from their ship.
Which does make piracy awfully profitable,

I don't pod unless told to do so by someone further up in command. Which, incidentally, has never happened. I'm far too busy doing something useful.
I also enjoy my steak. I used to work in a butcher shop.
Mopping up inch-deep cow blood and cow "dust" before close, and heading home and enjoying a good steak. Mmm mmm mmm.
(cow "dust" = the bone/meat 'dust' from the saws. Think sawdust, but far more horrible)

Does that lend itself to a good gravy? Other than the whole sweeping it up off the floor it sounds pretty yummy... hmmmm, might go well with "unfrozen" Corpse Brisket and roasted carebear potatoes (well they are small and roundish....).

Destroy the ship, and if u can hold the pod so he can't jump, then ransom him, sometimes u do get funny responses from the person affected. Its not alwys the case though.
Podding in 0.0 can be to an advantage, but i have been told in some occasions to leave the pod, thus forcing the pilot to slowboat it back to safety, which can keep him out of the fight.
