Who uses a golem for macro-ratting when u can just run multiple accounts with ravens?
sorry but claiming that using a missive exploit like this is ok because it hit's the "right" victims is a bit stupid

Originally by: Ocularus Dothumiter If monkey had hacked local, why would he make it so that he would appear at all.
So that there are no screenshots with him shooting someone while not showing in local?
if he enters local a moment before he engages it's almost impossible to prove he is using an exploit because you would have to have fraps running like the whole time because he MIGHT show up

I suppose a non macro user who went attacked by an "invisible" player would immediately post a screenshot showing his ship being attacked / blown up while in local no one else is apparently present. I know I'd do.
What's preventing those "good pilots" from doing that?
because he is not mentally ******ed and enters local shortly before he attacks to make sure there is no proof of him using an exploit?

So, get the eval FRAPS and use the feature that always keeps 30 seconds worth of video capture "hot" so that it can be stored when needed.
This WILL show the 30 seconds before the attack, therefore Monkeywhatshisname will have to appear in those 30 seconds. If he appears in local 5 seconds before the gank then it's exploit, else it's just botters spewing excuses.
This is the one and objective "proof" that would have any foundation for any claim. The made up crap posted in this thread does not prove the precise individual is using one of those methods to do so.
hey i'm not affected by him, i rat in a hac :P
still that would proof nothing cause he could sit in local all day cloaked in his arazu and just enter local before he decloaks. Well i'm curious what ccp detects but no one would have thought it is possible to create materials from thin air in posses aswell

nah from waht i understands he hangs around in local and searches for his target. When he finds it he enters local, uncloaks and points the target, then the buddies jump in.
and yes i'm aware that the reason why people believe he did not show in local could be that people think "if he hd been in local my macro would have saved my ship up"

yeah i think thats a bit paranoid. why would he risk a hac like this if he can't be seen in local and has all the time in the world anyways.
well i really wonder if ccp will comment on this
