The Hyena is a sexy, yet mostly useless, craft. I'd also throw in for the claymore. The minmatar silver+blue paintjob is a sweet combo. Notable Mention: Zealot.

Altho when the new scorpion model is released, Widow takes the first place

People think I'm crazy, but...
Typhoon, holy sh*t that thing looks effing awesome imo.
I really dont like the myrmidon.. It would be really, really cool looking, if they just removed the stupid "arms" and "head" from it, and placed the bridge on the side somewhere.
Anyway,
Providence - most awesome, no doubt (obelisk too, for some reason I think that ship looks crazy good)
Machariel - Unfortunately, I've been ratting angels for so long, the mach is probably the most common ship I've shot.. But it looks awesome nonetheless
Rokh and Cyclone - (and by extension, sleipnir) for their wicked train-looking features
Tempest - because it reminds of a 18th century pirate ship (sails baby)
Velator - best looking noobship imo, it's a shame they didnt use that design for the interceptor or stealthbomber frigate hull or something. Navitas and Maulus both have something distinctively alien about them that I very much like, but the punisher is my favorite among frigates, for its classic "space-ship" features.
It's always funny to read these threads, really says something about how different peoples aesthetic preferences are

QFT. There are lots of good looking ships out there but these two basically win eve. Special bonus points for also filling roles so narrow that you hardly ever see them.

Personally my favorite looking ship is the Hyperion it reminds me of the bad guy ships in StarBlazers and Macross.
Then again I like the Dominix particularly with the Navy Issue Paint job so I'm a bit weird.
