I would say yes on both counts.
After trolling the STO forums before and after beta I came away knowing that most people who rag on EVE have no idea what they are talking about or just flat out lie. Bitter nubs one and all and yes, like in STO the carebears will destroy the old republic.

P.S. Hate-mongering based solely on physical characteristics or preferences that do not really affect others much (if at all) is utter crap to me. Based on purely intellectual characteristics which have wider-reaching effects however, those are another story, and on a case-by-case basis, might be not just acceptable, but sorely welcome.
...What about Furries? Can we hate on them yet?
That should be a given.
TBH I am tempted to troll those forums now...

And that who cares if somebody harasses gays for being gay, since other people have been persecuted in the past far worse for other reasons ?
Five years I've been playing this game. Do you know how many people that know my main know I'm black? Two. Yet somehow, OP managed to alert an entire community, people he has never met, in a game that has not even been released, to the fact that he's gay. Does it suck that gays are being discriminated against? Yes it does. Should they be banned? Sure. Did OP have it coming? You're damn right he did.
You really are a ****er arn't you.

I've always wondered to what extent people consider "Furry." :O (And yes I'm this bored.)
Yes they do tend to put fun bags on these things which can cause problems, afterall we are only human. I do think however it would still be classed as beastality.
Its kinda like Ninja turtals. OK to watch but when you start dressing up as one and humping news reporters we have a problem.
