:( Mixing drones like that isn't very good. You'll find that the Gallente ones (Hobgoblin/Hammerhead/Ogre) tend to be more favoured since they have the highest damage modifier, which makes the Amarr and Caldari ones completely useless since anything which is weak to them has Thermal as its secondary weakness.
Wrong, Caldari drones are still the best versus serpentis.
Let's take a Core baron, it has 50% resist on thermal, 40% on kinetic. (Other serpentis rats have similar resist, always having the kinetic 10% less than the thermal)
DPS of 5x WaspII (All level 5) 287 - 40% = 172.2
DPS of 5x OgreII (All level 5) 317 - 50% = 158.5
And Caldari drones have better tracking, MWD speed and shields.

Choice of weapons can easily be justified in RP, there are a few puritans around who only use racial hulls, guns, drones but that is the ultimate sacrifice if you ask me.
Focused Medium Pulses have slightly lower fittings than the 200mm Rails so a straight swap should be more than doable .. keep in mind that they take a bit more cap to fire but it is marginal.
If you don't want to use lasers for whatever reason then use blasters .. range is crap but damage will make the Tyrants scream in pain.
PS: In case you were asking about the Slicer fit then its a bog standard fit with MPII's, Heatsink(s) and damage rigs .. all gank when ratting

AC's tbh are the only guns you should ever put on a myrm.

I have lots of ammo for the AC's, but what advantage do they have? I'd need to train for it to use it.
