1. Tell me what you would do with the 21 billion isk I have in my wallet and assets.
Well 21 billion is much more than I can fathom at this point in my Eve life. When I hit transactions for a few million, I'm a happy guy. I think since I'm still so new, I would take 1 billion for myself and distribute one billion to the first twenty people I liked that I ran across. These twenty others would be as close to as new as me as I could ascertain, and would be those that impressed me just by enjoying their company for whatever reason. Then there would be 21 new Eve billionaires.
As far as spending my billion, I don't know. The skills you have determine really what you can use, and I don't have all that many just yet. I would certainly earmark about 140million for that Hulk I'm eyeballing and is about 40 days away. :)
2. Tell me about the dreams you have for yourself in eve that you are worried will never come true.
I have always been the guy who was an asset for behind the scenes work in any online games I've played, whether MMO or not. Being some sort of mineral/ore/refining/producing guy is my goal. The one who only fights occasionally but provides the stuff to make the war machine go. However, now playing for a month or so, I realize that will take an extreme amount of effort and am worried about how to plan for that to maximize my time.
3. Tell me about the biggest mistake you have made in this universe we call eve. What did you learn if anything? For only being a month old account, here is the biggest mistake I've made, that I'm sure won't be the last or the worst: trying to tackle a Hurricane can flipper with my rifter. It was a corpmates can and I was just trying to hold them for a second to let several of my other corpmates in on the action. Precisely 6 seconds later, the words "Aww Crap" were uttered in front of my monitor. Luckily, it was only a Rifter.
What did I learn, everything I've read on the forums is true, don't fly ships you can't afford to lose. That is the bottom line. Furthermore, teamwork in Eve is critical.
4. Give some sage advice for people who will be here long after my plot license is dead and gone and somebody else is using my face. It's a big sandbox out there from what I've seen, to all those that are new like me, find some granules of sand that interest you and play with those.
