It toke some time but there is no denying that PA is nothing compared to it's formerself. BoB knows and PA knows it, although the latter may deny iton the forums.
What is left of PA can be easily ignored because it is no longer capable of defending it's 'claimed' region.
PA is now reduced to an alliance in Empire who visits a 0.0 region to dwell on memories. That is what is left of the PA memories of days long gone.

It was a h3ll of a ride.. somtimes frustrating, somtimes pure joy. Im gonna miss all the wingmen in PA, we fought hard and long.
