anyone have any experience pvp with a cruiser or battlecruiser in an assault? also any opinions on the bad mamba jamba of the assault frigates and why...

I love my enyo and ishkur...only lost one enyo to a munin and a wolf :(. In all the other pvp i've been in they have won/escaped..'nuff said.

I can beat the pants off many cruisers in my Taranis, do you think I have a problem doing it in my Enyo or Ishkur?
Heh.
Now a battlecruiser, it really depends on what's he's got fitted and if you can hold him there long enough.
2 Assault frigs on a battlecruiser not fitted for fightin frigates and you should rip him apart easily. Solo is going to be more of a challenge.

solo'n im not so sure about 2 on 1 maybe or at least hold him off but it all depends on what you have fitted to the assult friggies and what the bc user has fitted... so far the only problem i had was when i was going up against a ceptor without my bc having an mwd equiped so i couldnt hit him and couldnt web him since he was just outside web range ;) course in the end my cap lasted longer... it all boils down to whats fitted to each ship and the actual skill points each pilot has... 2x assult ships with no mwd vs 1x bc fitted for close quarters combat with some anti frig guns and theres no real competition but like i said it all depends

It all depends on the layout. Any sort of target jamming cruiser (with warp scrambler) can probably kill an assault frigate. On the other hand, assault frigates can probably eat most "normal" cruiser setups for lunch.
BCs are tougher. Dunno. Will have to test sometime :).

There are some really simple solutions to Ass frigs. Nosferatu's. I was almost a dead man in my harpy before now except for my cap injector keeping my shield boosts going long enough to dock (call me a coward I dare ya!).
But in all honesty, a cruiser with 2 nosfers, web/scram and any amount of guns/drones will really own up any ass frig.

The Deimos is almost as good as Megathron, if you have TechII stuff and VERY HIGH skills, a deimos is just as effective against Serpentis as a megathron.

with may wolf never lost 2 any croz even take 2 croz down, 1 moa and 1 carcal. i think its not mach of a fight with croz but with an ac i did not fight dont think i can wine unless the othere ac fighter dono what he/she is doing
