short without the problems:
The war with FA is near at a dead point. No FA really fight CA anymore. Silent cripping peace...
Empire war is with XETIC is our great fun, to get free fleet, we would need to talk to xetic to end the war.
Temporary ceasefire with XETIC/SE ..
Curse would be able to make a 100% full scale attack.
BUT no one want all this stuff, we are happy with our fights so, very very difficult to find a majority inside CA for this.
and NSA have corps like EV and some kicked former CA corps. they is a lot of old bad blood.
And generell it is a thing of our image. We play the baddies in Eve (or ppl think we are). I can not see that we give up this and start stuff like 'CA fights for your freedom'. That is really not my thing to run around and tell everyone we fight a good war, coz our enemies are the ebil of mankind. **scary**
Next step would be, 'We are a anti-pirate alliance and fight this scum every where we see them'
CA is not a alliance that like to sit on a high moral horse, thats the short version.

RONA-KIA made it to XZH-C4 once I think, maybe twice, both times they were chased out though Syndicate into Empire so to say NORAD were getting their arse handed to them is a little wrong to say the least.

True, true. I was lazy and copied the "NSA(CoD&Unicor)/FU/NORAD" bit from the other guys post - NSA(CoD&Unicor)/FU Got it handed to them by PA I mean

They felt that the main reason why they attacked PA wasn't really an issue anymore, therefore no need to continue the war. NCA stopped to exist from that day on.
It's great that after all this time CoD still can't admit they got creamed by R-K and CE plus other PA corps. As war raged around them they still had pilots that judged it would be safe to mine in 0.0 with a raven with 4 miner 2's and 4 launchers full of defenders (I watched one of these from a safe distance in a crow once for sheer entertainment value as Guristas pwned him). I hope they don't have the same idiots flying with them now.
Another reason CoD/FU dropped their wars was the fact they were sold a whole bunch of snake oil from their 'friends' and foolishly believed that by attacking the PA they were fighting for their freedom. Eventually they appeared to realise that their coalition of 'similarly minded friends 'weren't quite as similarly minded, or indeed cohesive, as they had been lead to believe.
Still, what comes around goes around.
Deklien were in an unfortunate position as the nearest PA target. It took balls for them to take the path the chose, and props to them for that. Maybe now they see the greater picture that the PA was looking at wasn't quite so bad after all.
