According to Killboard.net bob lost 10 BS to PA/CA/FE's etc 11. So it was kinda even on the BS front.
I didnt count up the BS that were just white.

Todays fight was awsome :) gg to all involved. I hope some fraps footage comes out of it all.
Regarding the battle(s), (no flames intended, just saying how I saw it)
Im pretty sure the bs count when you jumped into us was ~30 on our side and ~40 on yours, still, finding a big fleet battle where both sides have even numbers in Eve is like me tring to find a clean pair of socks in the morning, it ain't gonna happen.
The end of the battle was intresting, the order to withdraw was given after it seemed you we're getting more and more people join you as the fight went on o.O. Our total count however suggested we were up on battleship kills over losses at the end off it all, feel free to check out kills / losses for the fight, if any of you have kill mails that we havn't posted as losses, plz say so ><
On a side note, the lag sucked. Don't expect CCP to do anything about that though. Also, Hupa you nearrrrllyy got me towards the end, sneaky bastard :( reloading client warped me to the ipay gate (wtf) when I logged back in to you and your friend :x

Think the local clocked at 160-something near the end... total madness :D
And to be fair to CCP, it's way less lagged than the past 'event' gatherings... when it'd took one 10-15 mins to jump in and update after each warp within the system. Now it's 'almost' playable, though some more options to reduce graphics lag would help ^^;;

On topic, it sounds like the north is heating up, be on the lookout as we might be heading your way

lets see, when outnumbered the same way by SE / Xetic / FA / BoB / and whoever else , CA is called chickens for doing exactly the same as u did & tactically withdrawing.

The BoB fleet had very limited support elements . Considerably less than the F-E / Shinra fleet.

No I said there was 44 enemy BS in Obe just before the battle that jumped in.
I said there was around 50 that left.
We also killed 14 during the battle that didn't leave.
Enemy fleet was heavy on ravens and scorps. Very little else.

We got 71 killsmails and 24 lossmails purely from BoB members. We had 4/5 guys in frigs who weren't in BoB but came along and *I think* 1 BS who isn't in BoB but came along.
Apart from that I doubt there is very very few killmails/lossmails we haven't posted so far. Everyone is pretty good at that now coz we get moaned at by all of eve for not having 100% records.
However, I actually spoke with one of the F-E guys later and was saying that I only recieved 3 killsmails when I was pretty damn sure I had popped more than 3 support ships in the whole battle (me = raven = kill0r stuff).
I certainly would be interested to see where the other 50 kills/losses came from though.
As for our guys jumping back... if they die twice, then they post a loss twice... that isn't rocket science :p

My apologies, I misread. Nice and confusing fight, especially with more people coming in, new ships etc. *thinks about it* Okay, so there were at least 44 BS with 80 total ships jumping in, possibly ranging up to 60 BS or so during the fighting, mainly Ravens and Scorps with 50 or so jumping back out.
Mind if I ask if the extras (the 4-5 frigs and possible BS) were in the BoB gang (which was shown to be around 60), or if they were flying on their own?

Firstly, excellent fight to all. Pity afterwards we lost bs' to BOB that we shouldnt have, but mistakes dont happen twice. The battle itself I'd think was fairly even till we piled on the reinforcements.
And I for one welcome our new allies from all corners of the EVE world. may we kill in harmony, then get back to slughtering each other once more

While Mastiphal's original statement was wrong it wasn't that far off as Foyle pointed out with the list of former NSA corps that now have positive standing to/with CA. Most initial news reports have some of the information wrong and things get clearer as time goes on and more accurate information is learned. Now that said, Mastiphal is still a nut job but every once and while he gets surprisingly close to accurate info.

Nope, OC vs EV was not the start of the CA vs SA war. The war started way before that (though I am not going to go into any details as my memory is not that good and there have been countless threads explaining it).
