- Tanking -- unless you plan on playing a few very specific niches within caldari/amarr, you should be able to armor and shield tank with t2 modules early on. This means shield upgrades 4 (lse2), tactical shield manip 4 (invuln 2), hull upgrades 4 (dc2, armor plates), hull upgrades V (ean2). As you can, also max out mechanic, shield/armor compensations, shield mgt/operations, and active rep skills (armor repair 4, shield comp 3+).
- Basic Damage support skills - rapid reload, rapid firing, motion predition, and so on at 3+.
Sounds nice, but that's at least 3 months of training and then you haven't even began to specialize in what you like to do later on (unless it's pvp)
