I have been looking to rat and discover santums in 0.0 space, however I want a realitively safe space to do it in. so what is the current NRDS (Not Red Dont Shoot) Alliance owned spaces out there?

some places in providence are nrds, but the whole area in general isn't, and the roaming gangs aren't nrds either.
certain npc 0.0 regions are empty enough to be considered nrds

Try Great Wildlands, Republic Alliance run an NRDS policy out there last time I checked. Base out of the system M-MD3B if you head there, there's a decent market. It's NPC space. |

Oh yes! Where? Please tell me where, I want to run some roams through and totally disabuse the locals of the idea that NRDS is even a good idea....

No section of low or nullsec has been truely nrds. Even if the former providence residents all abstained from piracy it didn't actually stop the pirates from killing you. Hell if anything the illusion of safety probably contributed to the death of most pilots in nrds space.

I believe CCP alliance is NRDS, or at least I heard they had Lag light blue since the beginning of the year

go to great wildlands/scalding pass and you can try to join republic aliance or true reign.. they claim to be nrds.

they wouldn't even let you sling bubble a path that the full blues could avoid via a JB, even when you were actively at the gate.

Since CVA crashed and burned, as far as I am aware there is no significant stretch of 0.0 space left that is friendly towards Neutrals (NRDS). Why not just join a 0.0 corp and use their space?

because many people rather stay in high sec then submit then bring slaved around and being forced to fight boring wars.
Wormholes is where the stuff's at.
