And from what you say your not a merc alt and have only hired them and know a few of them so that makes you an expert ummm NO.
You name the big 3 merc alliances as you call them. While you talk crap about 2 of them ôPitboss's new Privateers, Orphanage, TBH I'm not so sure about Noir any more since they don't smell like mercs any more but they can stay on the list for the time beingö and leave snatch victory alone.
So that tells me your possibly a snatch victory alt. Which is ok with me as ive never had any dealings with snatch victory? Except watching them fail miserably during the alliance tournament. The other 2 organizations you name have the balls to at least post with their mains and yet you do not. Another thing who has ever said snatch victory should be classed as one of the big 3. I mean really who are they? What makes them part of the big 3 as you say? Oh thatÆs right your one of there alts. So if you want to make other mercs look bad at least come out and do it with your main. Or if youÆre not an alt and want to be such a merc expert why donÆt you become one. Then even I myself will read and maybe even take your advice.
Oh and so that it doesn't seem like Im trying to hijack this thread.

I was going to reply to Gregors post but honestly it looks as if everyone here can navigate the forums better than I can. they'll see that we did not give up the client. as for standings. every pilot in the alliance can freely travel to every empire unimpeded, with the exception of my alt Celebrin Shoaf. I like pods... and as far as inaccurate killboards... one of the CEOs refused to give his API. as Gregor pointed out, that's been taken care of. oh, good bad or indifferent, thank you all for the bumps.
And again, for the record. regardless of performace. We never did Violate the terms of the contract or the trust of Client. Some information was just entirely too public.

I could easily post the chat logs of convos with Tolowim and Nitees, just has you could has easily claim they where fabricated. However that does not change the fact that they happened and you have internal problems with inexperience players.

It was reasonably clear who the Client was from his posts on C&P, however that doesn't change the fact that both Tolowim and Nitess dropped his name. What wasn't completely clear from Arador's posts where the "Terms" of the contract. Destroy us? Cause us to drop the Dec? Keep us busy? The vague "keep us busy" we learned from Tolowim. BTW, this the closest I want to get to flaming: you didn't succeed, check our kill boards.

A quick look at your members factional reps will start to show problems, although Diplomacy V would help most of that. Also it was mentioned to us that the majority of your neutral help and friends where locked in their ability to move around. It's just the reality of High Sec warfare that neutral scouts and repping and plenty of good friends around the areas of operation go a long way to a successful contract.

The more pressing issue was the complete lack of active pilots you had available for your Client's needs. A problem your own pilots where quick to complain about. A problem so acute that one of your members actually admitted in Local chat to account sharing with her Corp buddies so they could be logged in and hopefully distract us with locates on AFK pilots. You yourself only seemed to log in now and then and where never seen. Now trust me as an older player with a family I can fully understand RL issues being greater than EVE play time, but if the majority of your player base is absent I'd suggest it would not be appropriate to take contracts during that time.

You have an organization that with some work could possibly become a fight force, there was a great amount of "fighting spirit" and willingness to learn from mistakes, but your younger pilots need some serious guidance before that becomes a reality. Until that reality is obtained I don't see how it is appropriate for you to continue to take a Client's isk while not being able to fulfill a contract.

As for your Killboard a API from a Executor Corp CEO should be enough to post all the kills. If it doesn't I'd suggest to look around for a new one.
