ccp you should know the law , you sold this game in france , you should be able to give support to french people. this is the law.
Because as allways the french are too good to learn another language , wich is why i hate the damn country.Their right beside english native speaking people .

Btw on a sidenote funny story.I live in the netherlands and booked a flight with ryan air.So something comes up and i need to talk to their customer support.I call a dutch number and get a 'Hello , how can i help you?'.Ok , kidding right got to explain this in english well no prob here goes.So i explain my problem he directs me to yet another dutch phonenumber from ryan air support.The phone rings and i get a 'Guten tag wie kann ich ihr helfen bitte?'.So the dutch ryan air customer support exists of english and german speaking peope.Ok then ...

How many players don't speak english/german/russian as their main language do you think?Yet none of them complain and they do fine in the game.The only exception for being a lazy ass is the french/brits/US and the russians.Tough for you your language however is not supported unlike the former 2.
To be honest they would be better off trading german support for french since overall the germans can speak more then one language.

Beats me.I once typed one sentence in dutch and got a warning i would be banned if i did again yet this thread keeps on giving in french.
OP is right CCP live by the rules , give them a ban warning  .
On the topic if it is sold in france or not , who cares.It's sold here in the netherlands just like any other mmorpg but damn me if i go to Blizzard's helpdesk when playing WoW and expect a dutch reply from them.
