Heard the first one, sounded fine to me (and I listen on old, 4th-rate speakers). 
Regarding PI materials, I suggest a tradeoff: An Index, not a Basket.
For Minerals/Ice/Moon, a 'Basket' setup worked pretty well since there were few enough of them, and all of them had direct impact on production in a reasonably equal way.
For PI, only certain materials have direct impact:
-> POS Fuel Commodities
-> T2 Blueprint Commodities (in particular, Robotics)
-> P4 (POS Blueprint) Commodities
-> Nanite Paste Commodities
The most efficient way to present PI's impact (currently) would be as a 'consumption Index' for a Large POS (choose the Caldari one if that matters any, its the ubiquitous choice for T2 reactions).
The price of POS and components should probably be held off, while we deal with the 'pre-nerf' (though that itself would probably make a nice weekend discussion  ).

I would think more discussion and analysis and fewer price lists. When you use price lists I agree with previous posters, use an index rather than each individual prices. e.g. cost of fuel for a large tower for one day rather than each item.
I devised some PI Price indexes spreadsheets last week, Feel free to use them as is or adapt them to make new indexes.

It's a great show, provide some competition if you think it can be done better.

Indexes, along with biggest movers per sector plus any other large changes, would cut down on a lot of clutter and offer insight. Maybe have certain days of the week where complete lists are rattled off with their weekly change to add flavor.
But I did get a good tip from P2 prices yesterday. I'm normally only concerned with P1's and POS structure prices, so when I was listening to the show, I actually had to go check up on superconductors.

Awesome Initiative. (return of that is..)
Must admit that the reading of prices without any comments is rather dull.
Could you maybe use graphs and have screens of the price graphs you are looking at?
If possible guests using skype etc would be really cool. Also ofc commenting on forum stuff might be interesting like threads and devblogs etc?
Just a few suggestions..

Glad you're digging the show; I've got some stuff in the works to spice the show up. Back in it's first run, I did post graphs of all the stuff I mentioned, but I'm working with a much higher number of product, so I'm not sure how viable that would be for that.
For right now, the show will stay the same way while I get the other things ready to go.

No show today. Hate to do it, but my Microphone is having some issues and I'm helping my little brother move into his dorm (first year college student), so I had no time to fix it. We'll be back tomorrow morning on schedule.
Although I do have some good news. Apple just emailed me confirming that we're on the iTunes store! They haven't taken down my old feed, so watch which one you subscribe to. Look for the one that matches the logo on this thread.

I've updated the OP to reflect the current state of the show. I ran out of space there, but I figure this would be better as a new post anyways.
Expansion
The show will never be finished growing. I have goals set for it -- specifically in that I will be expanding the show exponentially over the course of the rest of the year. It's going to be a slow process, but it will be worth it. For now, sustainability is priority 1. Here's what I have in mind:
- Daily forum updates -- What's being discussed on MD?
- Expansion to include information geared to manufacturers, scientists, and other S&Iers.
- Full-fledged weekend reports including a discussion panel. Discussions including weekly forum topic 'roundups', news from CCP, etc.[/b]
- Discussion of in-game news as posted by Interstellar Correspondants with analytics, commentary, and opposing opinions, should they be applicable.
- Bond, IPO, and Loan tracking. Who's paying (or not), when, and to who.
Please be aware that this list is tentative, subject to change or nothing at all.
Of these list items, I must address a couple. Firstly, I have kept a thread up over on S&I regarding what they would like to see on the show. I will continue updating this thread periodically to ensure I get a reasonable amount of user in put.
Secondly, the Interstellar Correspondants would be treated as a news wire, rather than a news agency. Inasmuch that they behave like a network of their own, their ability to post in-character reports is valuable, and the reading and discussion of such stories and how they would affect the player would add a level of depth that the show has yet to achieve.
Thirdly, and most importantly, the Weekend Reports. Those of you who listened during our first 'season' will remember that every weekend, LaVistaVista, Hexxx and I would discuss the economic news of the week. As times have changed, they are no longer available for such a show; so I am looking for a small number (3 MAXIMUM) of well-educated, well-informed, fluent english speakers to join me every saturday to acomplish the same task. Skype will be used to conduct these dsicussions, as it is the easiest way to record with a modi****of quality (internet media being what it is). If you're interested, feel your qualified, and are willing to put the time in on a regular basis (roughly 2 hours), please EVE-mail me with the following information:
- First name.
- Skype Username
- Prior Work -- forum threads, blogs, podcasts, articles, etc.
- What you feel qualifies you.

Ah I'm glad that the show is expanding beyond the numbers. It's a good base to build off of but it's some of the driest discussion you can have about EVE. Some days, you might have less to talk about in terms of the forum discussions, but seems like since this month started there have been a good number of LLSE corps going public with bond/stock offerings. So soon might be a good time to start that segment. You might get more sponsors with more interesting talk.
Can't wait for the weekend show. I'd like to come on, but I'm sort of shy and awkward, and I don't quite yet have the experience of the likes of Hexxx. Plus I'm on west coast time zone, so that means I don't wake up til you've been up for multiple hours :)

What's going on with the show:
I know alot of you are probably wondering the status of the show. I'd like to assure everyone that the project is NOT dying. If you're following the feed, you'll know that I've been having issues with the microphone that I've been using.
I've spent the last couple days doing some research on what sort of equipment I should get, and I'm going for the big guns. This means that I will not be purchasing any sort of permanent microphone for use on the show.
My interest in Podcasting continues to grow; I have ideas for other shows, so I figure it's about time to really invest in the hobby. I will be putting some money away for a studio-quality set of equipment, that means mixer board, sexeh microphone, spider mount, and silent desk boom. These things ain't cheap, so it will be a while before I have the funds (totaling somewhere around 560).
I hate having to write stuff like this because I feel that I'm letting you all down, but at the same time, I can imagine how shaky the viability of the project looks. I let this thing die once before, and I'm not going to let it happen again, this is my promise to you.
