Pretty much the truth. Being an FC is fun, but being a director is not.

2 should be changed to say any ship you don't mind losing, but other than that it's pretty solid.

FCing can be fun however you still have the added BS factor - need to lead fleet back home, get blamed for losses and can't just log off whenever / wherever. Much more fun not having to deal with any of it.

Finally, a voice of reason! This is exactly what I do when I am in a pvp situation and I encourage everyone else to do the same.
