Earlier this morning a ceremony was held on the forward deck of Noobjuice's titan. Present were such dignitaries as CAMPAIGN COMMANDER FINTROLL, Backup FC Shadoo, Morale Officer Jogyn, and Commissar Krutoj. Vice Admiral Ray Butts was also in attendance.
Bobby Atlas, feigning illness, failed to attend and Atlas Alliance was represented by Dastommy, who signed the following agreement:

This war has ended today with the surrender of Atlas alliance to the Russians.
Both sides have deposited collateral with Chribba to ensure compliance, and Atlas has agreed to the following conditions:
-Atlas will provide 2 titans and 3 supercarriers to the XiX/WN/RA coalition
-Atlas will drop the Atlas alliance name -The Russians and PL will set temp blue status to Atlas to allow them to evac their old space
-The remaining CSAAs active in Omist will be allowed to complete their production
With the complete destruction of Atlas Alliance, Pandemic Legion has begun to de-mobilize from the region. Shamis Orzoz issued a message of MISSION ACCOMPLISHED to all PL personnel, while Shadoo presented the following interim orders:

So, we formalized this as follows:
Atlas surrenders to xix/RA/WN
STANDINGS:
- xix/RA/WN will call back PL
- Atlas will get blue standing to all above to one day after last Titan is built.
- This standing involves docking rights in all former Atlas station
- The standing will remain for the days it take to build all supercaps + one day.
- Atlas will reset their former ally AAA a week after deal is set.
TRIBUTES:
- Atlas will give xix/RA/WN a tribute of 2 Erebus and 3 Nyx
- The first and the last Erebus that finish will be handover when ready.
- The Nyx's will be handover when ready.
COLLATERAL:
- xix/RA/WN will give Chribba 200B as collateral until deal is complete.
- If deal is broken this isk goes to Atlas Holdings.
- When deal is furfilled Atlas will also kill their alliance name and xix/RA/WN get their collateral back.
plz comment if you think something is to vauge or is missing.
PS.
PL needs to be stopped ASAP, it's not long until the first Erebus get's killed.

You should accompany that with a "not one inch" quote about Geminate. What is food for thought is how now it's you + Russians shooting us, then it was us + Russians shooting you.

No, but if someone wants to photoshop my eve portrait onto Bush's body in that picture, and toss a few rifters flying by in the background, they might get some isk from me if its well done.
