A shame to see one of Eve's more colourful alliances crudely stomped out by such dull and uninspiring methods. I am shocked and surprised to learn that Bobby Atlas' world famous tact and diplomacy was the cause of this. A shame that his ego and arrogance led to this end for some great pilots in atlas, dasty and co.
On a side note, my interesting CAOD fact of the day is that Bobby Atlas is an anagram of "blabs at boy", "baby bloats" and "sob! Baby alt!".

Nync and I tried to broker a deal between White Noise and Atlas before this war ever started. Which Bobby went bat$h!t crazy about when White Noise stated that Red Alliance would get space out of it. Basically a bunch of raging happened on teamspeak where Bobby told Psychoo from White Noise to go F himself. This kinda left Nync and I with a facepalm moment.
To put this in context it was before Nync had left ROL and just after COW had disbanded.
( Just giving a little insight about the events that happened that lead to all of this for Atlas. Had Bobby taken the deal Atlas would still have about 6 more titans then they do now and they would also still have Detroid)

Atlas, I know a lot of you were really cool but your leadership screwed so many renters so many times. Eve is full of what goes around comes around.
Tha being said, very impressed with whoever took over and actually helped Atlas members by surrendering with wisdom. You sir need to run the 'new' alliance.

Funny how u all think this is Bobby's fault ... no its not Bobby's fault ... bobby like very other pilot have the right to take some time for RL stuff ... ATLAS worked only when bobby was arround ... without bobby atlas lidership/fcs were confuze acting like newbs and pussied out in a lots of fights...

From someone who made the same mistake, actually it's a leader fault if he is not able to build up his alliance leadership in a way that works even if he is not around

Bobby was a really charismatic leader, but Liam's exactly right - Atlas was nothing but a personality cult. Without Bobby, there was no effective leadership. And that's partly Bobby's fault for not finding a way to hand over leadership when he had to go AFK. Of course, it's partly the rest of leadership's fault for not stepping up, or for failing really hard when they did.
I like Bobby. I think all of Atlas did. But he screwed up properly this time, and lost his alliance in the process. ****ing off White Noise at a time when they had just acquired a significant fraction of RoL's supercap fleet, were very friendly with XiX (who hate Atlas and have supercap fleet #2), and had the money to hire PL (supercap fleet #3); well, that was not the best idea.
Anyway, you can't plan for everything. I wish him well, and am interested to see what is left of Atlas after the dust settles. Atlas Alliance dot? Atlas Reloaded?

so What are you saying thats its Bobby's fault cuz him alone didnt manage to hold a 3000 men alliance more then 3 years by his own...

Well it was fun living in Atlas space but I will say they were a greedy bunch that really thought they were better than everyone else. Obviously they were proven wrong to the point that they now have to disband their entire alliance. Greed and incompetence at the top will also lead you to this situtation.
It was fun while it lasted and I wish those Atlas corps the best and to those that beat them down...well played.
