Ok given the fact when I secure lotteries I not only hold the prizes, but I do the draws, I hold the API, and hand out the prizes. Even if HHlotto was tempted to try something, my policies and setup simply don't allow him/her to.
The conversations posted, do nevertheless point towards HHlotto being tempted and willing to take part in a rigging. As the only conversation he clearly stated he was against rigging, was the one I was invited to. Issue now becomes are the chat logs fake or are they real?
I can confirm the chat logs I was invited to match up perfectly to the ones in my chat file. But the ones I was not involved in, it is impossible to tell if they are in fact real. The speech mannerisms in the conversations I was not involved in by HHlotto, do seem to match up which leaves me suspicious.
So who to believe? After all, Zelot clearly admitted to try and extort HHlotto for 5b isk. 5b isk is surely worth the trouble of faking a few chat logs. Zelot could be a disgruntled lottery player who was upset he had not won some previous lottery.
On the other hand what if the logs are in fact 100% legitimate? HHlotto was in no position to ever rig any lottery with my policies and setup. But it doesn't look good for him if he was willing to potentially support the rigging of a lottery if he was ever in a position to do so.
So despite there being no chance of a rigging to be successful on HHlotto's part, I'll be doing own talks with HHlotto.

Thank you for clearing that part up Grendell. Just imagine what would happen if HHLOTTO were her own 3rd party. Just like you Grendell. You can run your own lotteries and you control everything. What if HHLOTTO did that? Clearly she has proven to be unstable in that respect.

Somer, I did this in the effort to prove that certain third parties and lottery runners were trust worthy. Would anyone like a list of people that I have labeled as bad and good? You guys are not the only ones. I have a list with 17 names on it. 7 of which are suspicious and 3 of which are very popular and that I have something against.
Edit: I have used more then just the alts I have to contact these other people so I suppose in the next few days stuff will start to float around. I will make a new thread for these names.

Wow, i have plenty of past public offerings that prove that i don't need to scam. Although my lotteries and myself are rather unusual to the forums, it doesn't mean i scam. Also, on an unrelated note, i knew Zelot before he started posting this stuff. He was an old buddy and now he's a client. He gets the same rights/restrictions as anyone else.

Allow me to explain a few things. First off the top is for the most part good and the bottom is dangerous. I do however have 5 names that I havnt shown on the bottom because the blackmail has worked so 5 lucky people are saved for today. HHLotto has potential to be wrong, so always make sure she has a TRUSTY 3rd party and never let her run her own lotteries.
Raid'En simply needs to learn "Due Process" and shoudlnt have been hit so hard by me. I apoligize. Do not ask for other names because I will not say.

Actually its called logical process. I started with alphabetical order and then I was like, **** it. Also, He is definately not my alt. I wish there was some way to confirm this. Any ideas anyone? Perhaps CCP can verify IP usage or something?
