I find this offer to be really really cool and I'd love to go searching for the tags. I only rejected it because I'm going for the Navy Issue Apocalypse bpc. Judging from josephine's link it looks like it's not completable until next patch. Which might be annoying if I wanted to accept http://eve.klaki.net/

Something like a Navy issue Omen, will be no better than a Zealot. For instance, I currently have in my possession one insignia from Captain Kali Midez. He was a named spawn who appeared at the end of a Blockade mission for the Archangels, much to my surprise. Dropped a +2% tracking implant and a Kali Midez insignia. Which was nice. I am guessing that this is the source for these things. Someone out there must have one. Just keep looking.
