Sister BlissÆs letter, written in the best tradition of GoebbelsÆs propaganda during the start of the GermanyÆs treacherous attack on the USSR, is full of lies and attempts to justify betrayal and the change of sides. For a fairly significant period of time now situation in the south has not been objectively covered so he felt secure to spread lies.
The history of the current situation starts with nync moving to WN and the start of intensive diplomatic maneuvering practically by all southern alliances. AAA received numerous offers (with goodies attached) to abandon Atlas and leave them alone but this was never even under consideration (see infamous Manfred Sideous post on CAOD with video). This maneuvering happened shortly after AAA reset of IT and the appearance of WN+XIX+RA coalition and the payment to PL. Despite this we again never even considered switching sides.
From the INIT side things were quiet different. Noticeable drop in activity happened and in practically all significant ops they never brought even half the numbers they brought to Catch yesterday. Gradually their help to Atlas became nil culminating in infamous Sister Bliss FC chat during the defense of 0-W. He was actively was lobbying to ônot take any losses and avoid fightingö and it is not hard to see why now.
During the fighting, during one of the fairly insignificant diplomatic incidents, INIT suddenly demanded that AAA hand over R64 moon in Immensea. This was highly ôirregularö response which resulted in INIT being reset by AAA and general agreement not to hotdrop supers and no sov warfare on each other. This was acceptable to AAA since INITÆs general help in fighting was not something we could count on by that point.
After Atlas fiasco (cannot really call æThe DealÆ anything but that), INIT sets PL blue and together with them hotdrop AAA supers and start to actively assemble CTAs to attack targets together with PL in Providence. At the same time they set WN blue. At this point everything becomes very clear û they have changed sides and are getting ready to attack.
At this point we contact our allies with the request to clarify their position. To the direct question to Molle about the INIT behavior (blue with PL and WN), he responded that it does not concern him. This conversation happened in the aftermath of the INIT+PL hot drop of AAA supers. In other words Sister Bliss is blatantly lieing that he was ôrespondingö to the risk of attack from AAA. The whole notion is simply preposterous.
At this time INIT+PL+WN are actively attacking AAA territory while our old allies pretend that it does not concern them. ET reset goons to help ROL and started multi-month campaign in Delve to help Bob. After Dominion AAA attacked Goons to pin them 6 capital jumps away from Fountain so IT could finish off PL. And it was AAA who ran perhaps one the most storied fleet ops in alliance when we went from saving a super-cap in D-G in providence to finishing off GoonsÆs TCU in J-L with just seconds before it onlined thereby denying them access to their capital base (Molle was attacking NOL at the same time). Clearly this is forgotten. But we do not forget.

As for the AAA reset of Atlas û we were told about the deal days before it became common knowledge. We clearly stated our position that any reset from Atlas would result in instantaneous reset from us and active shooting of everything we can shoot. We called the deal for what it was û a treasonous act to all pilots in Atlas. We hoped Atlas leaders would reconsider but to no avail. Atlas was given 48 hour window to sort out their position. When this did not happen û we reset them. Death to traitors.
The vast majorities of Atlas allies were already making plans about the future without them present and essentially gave up on attempting to save 0-W. They were now actively lobbying for ôNo fighting and lets just fight some other timeö. Understandably this created enormous pressure on Atlas FCs who could no longer rely on help. The last desperate semi-successful attempt to save 0-W and initiate break-out resulted in PL bat phoning urgent help from xxDeathxx. Allied forces consisted of rag-tag Atlas fleet, small contingent of AAA FCs and 100-strong USTZ Providence Bloc force who were invited on an Agony Empire-led roam. No significant fighting occurred thereafter including during the last 0-W station timer when INIT simply bailed and essentially forced the op to be cancelled.
Despite a series of diplomatic errors that happened during the spring/summer 2010 in the southern-bloc, INIT behavior cannot be excused and is a clear example of traitorous behavior caused by cowardice. For those of us who know the history of this alliance this does not come as a surprise.

I was there when Atlas fell. Init kept fighting longer than Atlas themselves did, even if it was with bombers against impossible odds.
You reset Init because you considered them easy targets. You failed to live up to any of your commitments in Max 2. You hit Atlas while they were down.
And now you're starting to realize what everyone else has known for months:
AAA is.....

You sound suprised that after betraying and humiliating all your allies, there's noone to pickup the blobphone. From my experience with AAA and Atlas with this char and others I have owned I am not sure I can remember AAA screwing their blues. Atlas on the other hand, hahahahhaha, are well known for it.
I admire PL for their pew pew and I always liked AAA for their pew and, to my knowledge, fairness and honor. Sure, I have shot them , they have shot me. Depending on my chars ingame I have been blue and red to AAA. But always I have respected them.
Given the history of the alliances invloved, I ten dto believe the ones who have a better history of honor. AAA.
Good luck in this fight. These types of politics and pvp is why I love Eve Too bad AAA picked Atlas to blue with.

I would think a bit more appreciation would be in order. But then again, you and Atlas are the same. Use and abuse your blues.
I love this game!! SO much fun. My advice to you IT is kiss and make up with AAA fast. You're gonna need them. And you owe them. A lot. They have been there for you for a long time. You ran to them after getting disbanded. You regrouped in their space. And many times after that they helped you. They saved your skin tons of times. Time to return the favor. But I doubt you will.

This is a very interesting position for IT.
From one side they were helped by AAA when they got disbanded but on the other side they were abandoned by AAA during the first delve invansion and again during the North War.
Now they stand in a position where Atlas and other members from the south are joining IT and their pets.
If they choose to help AAA they maybe going for a long war and may loose their newly aquired high end moons. It will also lead into system grid locking warfare(if you can call that war!?).
If they dont do anything, there is probably high chance that some of these corps still join them and pets or go join the north....
What will IT do?

Who would invade IT?
IT and renters have enough numbers on their own to blob out a system preventing any hostiles from entering, they do not need AAA.

Confiming INIT is the bad guy which backstabbed its long term friend who always showed how allies behave. AAA was such a good ally comitting selflessly to the coalation, helped ATLAS with everything they had and always treated INIT like a partner. There were no incidents like ninjaresets on ATLAS or INIT so there is no reason to have no trust in this relationship. Cmon are u serious  ?

I lol at all the misinformation people post. Atlas moving to Stain Regardless, the future looks very excting and the deals made today will be the straw the breaks the camels back tomorrow.
We can argue all day about the truth. I go by what I see and I tend to believe what AAA says. No ones perfect and everyonemakes mistakes. But on the whole AAA have stood up among the more honorable in Eve.
So, compared to Atlas, PL, IT, Goons, and other assorted alliances I tend to believe AAA's version.
Like I said it's my personal view only.

When do you think they will come? Atlas isn't around, AAA isn't a buffer anymore. If they fall, you will be next. Period. I for one don't want to see it because then we have a huge blue napfest all over again in 0.0. NC/Russians/Goons/PL/etc.
I like lots of conflict and pew. It's good for pvp and good for Eve. I really don't like IT but I hate massive napfest worse.

lol. IAC broke their agreement with AAA that's why AAA removed them. I was in a friendly alliance to IAC back then. IAC was warned but ignored AAA. I loved IAC. Bunch of cool ppl but when you break your agreements, expect a reaction. I fought with IAC on a former char against AAA. Wasn't much of a fight and IAc was steamrolled fast.
So, before accusing AAA of not honoring agreements, do a bit more digging. Just saying.

I like my corp very much and I like the alliance I am in. I was in a blue alliance to ED way back on a different char when IRC and Ed where under attack by RA and friends. ED earned my respect back them and I have always respected them. I am proud to get the chance to be a part of what they are doing.
What people don't understand, the truth is always the same. Regardless of standings, opinions, etc. Take Goons. I really don't like them. At all. I will lol when they implode again. But the truth is, they are doing pretty well taking SOV again. They didn't die like everyone thought they would. Like I thought they would. But do I like them? Nope

Wow and I thought people were full of ***** when they said history repeats itself.
The only thing left from this point on are for Razor and MM to 'die' and come back as new entities. Seriously look at this happening again and again.
IT was BoB
MC was AAA then MC
Blast was FLA
Goonswarm Federation was Goonswarm
RA was RA (look at their makeup it sorta fits)
Atlas was various BoB pets and SmashKill corps
And almost every single region except Tenal, Tribute, Cache and Impass(SoonÖ to change) have had different owners in the past 3 years. It's all changing, and it's a good thing.
Not sure which way this will go for AAA, I don't really see someone coming to 'save' AAA if WN/INIT/RA/XdeathX/PL come calling. Who knows, after Providence fell I didn't think anyone could 'hold out' against the game anymore. The only thing that *might* change, and I highly doubt it. Molle might realize that having everything from Pure blind all the way around to Paragon Soul being Red to him and his crew might not be in his best interests. Then again, maybe he won't care that some of the Russian entities can field 100+ super-carriers in a single battle like WN did against Atlas and friends.
Should be a good next couple of months to watch, just remember one thing Molle. If AAA truly dies in a fire like Atlas has/is, any hope of 'killing' the NC goes out with them. You have no allies left, and neither do they. I don't mind change, but if that change leads to the NC becoming cemented for all time in place then I hope someone somewhere will say "wait a second..."

Wow what a thread. Alot of hurt e-peens in here, not that my opinion matters but posting all the same.
AAA to my knowledge have always been a fairly straight up alliance with little bull****. They generalyl seem like a sleepign giant as well. It is a behemouth with alot of man power. Atlas was fun to play with, but unpredictable if you were a minor ally. All this said these three aliances together were/are a powerful entity and despite the torubles in the recent campaighn on the north are of fairly equal power. But typical of the SC's brittle unity when they get mad at each otehr they get mad and hold a grudge. My only hope is that they pull it together as a coalition before its to late because each individual entity aloen is to weak imo to hold out agaisnt the coalitions fighting against them. Though i fully expect -a- to put up one hell of a fight and if it makes to to delve it even more so. Sc has soem of my favorite allies in the game, I really do hope they unite once agian in these troubled times.
Oh and based on the variou sc entites here posting it is no real wonder that atlas fell so hard.

Today -IT- dropped an SBU in HED and ROL got reset for not shooting us. This reset thing is strong with this one. ROL did not shoot BLUES.
You should have listened to Pallidum; one of the smartest individuals in this game.

...only this time it's their broken and horrible new Sov system that'll provide the primary defense, and the MIGHTY BATTLESHIP FLEETS OF CLUMSY OBSOLESCENCE IT is capable of fielding. Probably a *few* supercaps, too.
Once that's fixed (ETA: hahahahahahah) I suppose they could promise the L4 runners in Motsu a chicken in every pot and an officer spawn in every belt, but I think they already poached most of "Empire's Finest" their last time there.

Remember that one of the biggest difference between south and north of eve is that the main south alliances (like AAA, Atlas, IT) always pretended to be badass pvpers and for proving it to their membership the main rule was always the same:
As long as there is a "big bad guy" we will stay blue, as soon as that "big bad guy" dies we will all reset eachoter and "have fun with roamings and small pvp" without using caps or contending sov.
Obviously this "fun" was mostly for the said "big alliances" is proven by the facts to be a very "polite way" to provide "easy preys" for your membership and at the same time cleaning out the "old small allieds" that are not needed anymore and get removed as soon as they get a bit ****ed off while beign used as "pvp farming ground".
The problem come when the "big guys" start to die or their leaders move somewhere else (nync) and your "old small allieds" bite back

Ofcourse this only goes for the time I have been in IT.Cant really talk about history.

It was something that was always said while speaking between the various leaderships of the southern groups in the last year or so, actually you are right, looking at the facts even if everyone said it for looking cool, it was mostly the AAA side that "did it".

During the fighting, during one of the fairly insignificant diplomatic incidents, INIT suddenly demanded that AAA hand over R64 moon in Immensea. This was highly ôirregularö response which resulted in INIT being reset by AAA and general agreement not to hotdrop supers and no sov warfare on each other. This was acceptable to AAA since INITÆs general help in fighting was not something we could count on by that point.
After Atlas fiasco (cannot really call æThe DealÆ anything but that), INIT sets PL blue and together with them hotdrop AAA supers and start to actively assemble CTAs to attack targets together with PL in Providence. At the same time they set WN blue. At this point everything becomes very clear û they have changed sides and are getting ready to attack.
At this point we contact our allies with the request to clarify their position. To the direct question to Molle about the INIT behavior (blue with PL and WN), he responded that it does not concern him. This conversation happened in the aftermath of the INIT+PL hot drop of AAA supers. In other words Sister Bliss is blatantly lieing that he was ôrespondingö to the risk of attack from AAA. The whole notion is simply preposterous.
At this time INIT+PL+WN are actively attacking AAA territory while our old allies pretend that it does not concern them. ET reset goons to help ROL and started multi-month campaign in Delve to help Bob. After Dominion AAA attacked Goons to pin them 6 capital jumps away from Fountain so IT could finish off PL. And it was AAA who ran perhaps one the most storied fleet ops in alliance when we went from saving a super-cap in D-G in providence to finishing off GoonsÆs TCU in J-L with just seconds before it onlined thereby denying them access to their capital base (Molle was attacking NOL at the same time). Clearly this is forgotten. But we do not forget.
On the plus side, at least we finally found out what happened to Aneu.

In response to Blaster Worms post re: sudden demands for the sole-high-end-moon-in-Immensea; Prior to Manfred stepping down from leadership, we concluded a long and extended dialog with -A- ldrship re: the transfer of the Immensea high-end to INIT. Ownership of the moon was purely symbolic given its low value in a post-Dominion landscape and was nothing we wanted to start a war over.

In all fairness to Blaster Worm, I doubt he was aware of the history of discussions on this moon in the many months preceding current hostilities.

Remember that one of the biggest difference between south and north of eve is that the main south alliances (AAA, Atlas) always pretended to be badass pvpers and for proving it to their membership the main rule was always the same:
As long as there is a "big bad guy" we will stay blue, as soon as that "big bad guy" dies we will all reset eachoter and "have fun with roamings and small pvp" without using caps or contending sov.
Obviously this "fun" was mostly for the said "big alliances" is proven by the facts to be a very "polite way" to provide "easy preys" for your membership and at the same time cleaning out the "old small allieds" that are not needed anymore and get removed as soon as they get a bit ****ed off while beign used as "pvp farming ground".
The problem come when the "big guys" start to die or their leaders move somewhere else (nync) and your "old small allieds" bite back
This (aside from some horrible spelling) kind of summarizes the main difference between NC and ~southernblocks~.
On one hand we have a group of alliances looking to ~icemine~ together in a fun and friendly environment.
On the other we have a group of alliances looking for leet pvp, hotdrops, backstabbing fun and ~anarchy~.
Yet somehow people are STILL baffled by the fact that the NC appears to be a more stable, less ragefolding and older block than any of the 'southern' ~blocks~ that we've had the pleasure of watching form, have their 15 minutes of glory, struggle and ultimately fall apart.
Really, does it REALLY baffle some of you southern guys that none of your volatile pacts have as of yet been able to break up and destroy the entity that is the 'NC'?..

TBH that SC vs NC thing from Max2 was the worst **** that ever happened to the southern alliances.
God forbid the south of EVE to ever turn into a stable coalition.
