The only "Jove" ships available to players are your Pod and the Apotheosis. The Pod is based on Jovian technology and the Apotheosis is a faction shuttle from the Society of Conscience Thought, which was founded by the Jove but not exactly Jovian.

The apotheosis was a special give away by CCP. They aren't giving them out anymore.

Short Answer: No.
Long Answer: Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.
Jove ships are grossly OP compared to the ships we fly. Take the Jove battleship, the Eidolon, for example. It has 8 highs, 8 mids, and 8 lows. It can fit either 8 turrets or 8 missile launchers and has enough CPU and Powergrid to fit the all of best items in the game and then some.
The day that Jove ships become available to everyone will be the day that everyone flies them or HAS to fly in a superblob of "normal" ships to counter their power.

If you see one in your trips around new eden, you can bet its a CCP¦s employee. Shoot him. Get epic KM. Sorry, won¦t happen.
On a more serious note i¦ve seen some statistics (on forums) about a jove frig running around with resist like 100/100/100/100, giving it some Titan EHP or even more.
Never have seen one, good luck on that.

BEHOLD! The Eidolon
This is the Jovian Battleship, capable of taking on entire fleets on it's own and can single-handedly challenge a titan

It's the largest ship of the Jove that we are aware of at this time
Ps. BTW, there was a guy about a year ago that did find the wreck of an Eidolon and salvaged some one-of-a-kind Trimark thing. He sold it here on the forms for sum odd amount of cash. Near or over a billion ISK
