a melted snowball shouldn't be enough to stop ya from shooting em. it's space for cry'n out loud, the water would freeze the instant it exits the launcher. There ya have it, an Ice Ball Launcher

Example... Navagation Lv1 needs 5000sp to rank up. It has a skill multiplier of x5. The skill can rank up 5 times 5000 * 5[multiplier] * 5[skill levels] = 125,000SP to get [V-Navagation] I do believe this is the correct method
