After todays daily maintenance I log in and then theres a bar shows up "Acquiring Data Bluk 5/46" and it doesn't move. Then after waiting for it to move the client restarted then its still the same.
Thank you very much for any help or advice.

What's going on?
Does this apply in this instance? (although of course this is old bulkdata so don't download it )

I'm getting the same thing with both the installs on my computer and i have tried clearing the cache and restarting a couple of times

No it wasn't that instance, I just did what normally I do. BTW I'm just a new player.

You misunderstood me, we need a CCP response on whether it's the same issue with the bulk data.

I havr the very same problem. Ran the ccp fix tool, says everythings fine. Cannot see the cache being anything to do with it. Downloading the client again, but not sure that will fix it.

The repair tool, it does nothing!
Repair tool found no issues and clearing the cache and settings didn't either, trying a re-install now....

I have this issue too
FIX: all i did was wait 5 minutes and it moved to get stuck on another number (26 i believe, maybe) and just waited 5 more and it finished downloading.

We're all waiting for it to finish just as you did. Then mine just closed then relaunch automatically in the log in screen. Then after putting pw still the same. Hoping to get into the game tomorrow since its 1am now.

just logged in without any problems in about 20 seconds. strange. (waiting 35 mins earlier did nothing for me)

Problem still exists for me after trying to log on for the 20th time
What do you mena wait for 5 minutes must i stare at the logon screen for 5 minutes or what ?
As soon as i get to 5/46 about 3 seconds later the client reboots.
No error message no other information. No logs. No other information to supply or to assist with.
This is extremely frustrating.

I was able to log in by letting it sit. It took several minutes on both computers/accounts. However, once I logged in the first time, subsequent attempts to log in did not present the issue.

I'm on my job, have to wait 6 hours before I can test mine. After that will only get less than 2 hrs to play the game because of the daily maintenance. Hoping to get it smooth by the time I could test mine.

I'm also having the same problem. It gets stuck on 5/46 for about 10mins then goes to 15/46 for about 5 mins then disconnects. I've reinstalled the game without success...twice, and I've run the repair a couple times as well. Also, I can't make a petition for some reason, all the pages on the support part of the website give a "Site not Found" error.

Not Found
