Does this include the flickering when "Occlude sun" is turned on?

Related to this, would it be possible to have those incorrectly adjusted skills readjusted to the right level. Granted, it's pure OCD, but it's just so annoying to see a bunch of skills marked as "in training" because you accidentally pushed them 1 SP over the level requirement.

The point is: you don't need two grand for that ù if that's how much you're asking, you've already skipped ahead to the profit step, so no ??? is needed.
