Highslots: 6x Cruise Missile Launchers (most expensive you feel like buying) 1x Tractor beam (makes certain missions faster to not have to slowboat 20km)
Midslots: 1x Large or X-Large Shield booster (if you forget to turn your booster off sometimes, use the large) 1x Shield boost amplifier (you don't need 2) 3 or 4x mission specific hardeners (2 of the main, 1 or 2 of the secondary) 0 or 1x cap recharger or 100mn afterburner
lowslots: (this is the one where you messed up your original fit) 3x Ballistic control system II (tech 2 is important here, THIS is where your kill power comes from. it is the ONLY thing that makes ravens better than drakes = killpower) 1x Damage Control Unit II (non-stacking-penalized shield resists in a lowslot!) 1x Power Diagnostic system (to help your cap) or ANOTHER Ballistic control
Rigs: some combination of CCCs and Rigor catalysts - rigors will kill sub-BS ships faster, CCCs will support your tank. I'd suggest 2 CCCs and 1 rigor for a starting L4 runner
drones: 5 hob IIs, 5 Hammerhead IIs (if you can't use T2 drones, use more rigors and get T2 drones trained!!)
-Flux coils in the lows won't do much -ballistic controls are where most of your damage multipliers come from, 3 is almost a must-have. -Train your capacitor skills: energy management and energy systems operation, they're a rank 1 and a rank 3 skill....train them to at least both level IV, get them to V sooner rather than later (they help on ALL ships) -even with a large shield booster, you can't leave it on 24/7, you have to pulse it - you aren't in danger until your cap AND your shields are below 33% (peak recharge for both). -some missions (sanshas pirate invasion, for example) often require you to warp out in a normal, partially T2 raven. - when you warp into a mission that looks like it will be tough, start flying away from the rats....rats have 50m ranges max, you have 90+ km range (more with a sensor booster in that last midslot) - use eve mission guides. That will key you to which rats are triggers, which groups to kill first, etc.
