This has gone too far and it is now impossible to run missions or even casually mine in safe security space due to these sociopaths hiding behind PVP and killing innocents. My mission runner has now lost 9 ships in the past 2 months and all my isk is gone due to this ganking exploit in safe security space. We play this game for comradarie and to build everlasting friendships and work towards common goals only to be terrorized by lowlife gankbears and playerkillers who are in all honesty likely killers and criminals in real life too. It is time for a class action lawsuit against this type of internet stalking and harassment!!! I will be looking into the selection of an appropriate attorney or group of attorneys who can take this case and I encourage all mission runners and miners to look into this so we can protect our assets.
CCP here is how you fix the game and encourage fair play for all:
 REMOVE ALL PVP FROM SAFE HIGH SEC! SHOOTING ANOTHER PLAYER SHOULD DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT ON THE SPOT
PVP IS ONLY FOR LOWSEC AND 0.0 AND ONCE YOU GO THERE YOU CAN NEVER RETURN TO HIGHSEC
ALL PLAYERS THAT HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN CRIMINAL ACTIONS AND GRIEFING INNOCENTS BANNED FOR 120 DAYS
FOCUS GAME UPDATES ON MINING AND MISSIONS AND EXPLORATION WHICH IS WHAT GAME IS ABOUT
A WALL OF SHAME SHOWING ALL BANNED GANKERS FOR GRIEFING AND BAD PLAY
We work hard to earn our isk and use our favorite ships and criminal sociopaths should not stop us from enjoying our rightful game. Please share your support and let us make a game full of peace and rewards for all.

Just a tip. Type everything in caps lock and add exclamation marks followed by random 1's. It adds more drama. For example:

While being ganked in hi-sec sucks, and there are some changes that would be nice (no insurance payout for ships popped by concord has been suggested multiple times), there is no way IRL court action will have any effect.
 For one thing, how many countries do you think these gankers are spread across? Will a class action suit have any effect on any of them outside the US? (and yes, I am American and believe the majority of these douches are my countrymen and women)
If it is an exploit or bannable offense (which it isn't either), the players committing these ganks probably would have caught the business end of the ban hammer pretty quickly.
I realize I fell for the (likely) troll thread, and replied using my main instead of one of my "safe" forum alts. Oh well. Guess my barely T2 fitted raven will get stalked again next time I start missioning again.

if you want to pimp your ship above anything T2 and 1 or 2 faction mods, go find a nullsec alliance to join (that wont kill/pod you on the spot and loot your wreak for goodies) and don't even suggest what your fit is since the pirate alt spies will hunt you down and kill you.
highsec is gankers heaven. concord only destroys their ships and pays for the insurance of the ships they just destroyed.
even if you exercise your kill rights they were only in a cheaply fitted t1 BS or BC that was INSURED, the only thing it does is set them back a few minutes because they have to buy and fit another battleship.
The only way they would get any actual loss would be to pod them and in highsec thats almost impossible without their friends/alts getting you concordoken for smartbombing for trying to pod them. and if you are sucessful they get killrights on you for podding them.
in which they hunt you down during a mission and scream "FALLLCONNNNNN ALT!!!" and you get scrammed, webbed, jammed, and your drones blown up while you slowly scum to death by rats AND YOU CANT SMARTBOMB BECAUSE OF THE CLOAKED SHIPS THEY HAVE. if they do get you concordoken they still loot your wreak and make more isk.
and don't forget about the aggression timer exploit in which they can extend the aggression timer on you til downtime and kill you again with a T3.
if you petition something about griefing "our logs show nothing" and they will do nothing unless a GM/Dev is watching them invade your mission, shoot all the triggers, make off with the mission objective then coming back and looting your wreak.
and if they get low on isk they simply run some missions or suicide gank someone PVE ship for more isk.
CCP isn't going to do jack **** about it since it is an isk sink and a way to remove isk from the game.

Gankers are where they are because that's where the mission runners are.
GTFO of where you are, pick a more disant region or location to mission, and go about your business. I would've have seriously considered this after losing 1 mission ship, but nine??!?
You've got to be getting real tired of the area you're in anyway, so load up your industrials with kit, shuttle a bunch of ships to a new area, and give it a go.
