OMG. That Amarr Titan is really an embarrasment to Amarr fleet.

Gallente Titan looks great.

The Amarr titan reminds me of a similar design from Homeworld. Bigg 4$$ ship that hurls drone fighters at you in one of the early missions :) (Or was it Cataclysm?)

I really hope the amarr one looks like the ship in the Khanid Kingdom story, that "thing" is first not original (Homeworld, mission 7 or 8, the cult of mushrooms), and second FFS were the designers on magics with this one? Looks like an arma that just rammed the station

The Garden of Kadesh missions. You're referring to the Kadeshi Protector Mothership. The one that spews forth the Swarmers, Fuel Podders and Advance Swarmers. The Swarmers look a bit like Incursus frigs without the funny horn. In Cataclysm there is another drone ship called the Hive Frigate, but it's insect like and nothing like the Kadeshi Needleships as they are popularly called.
I'm not surprised if EVE takes a few ideas from Homeworld. In the Garden of Kadeshi you get to encounter Hyperspace Inhibitors to prevent you from warping out. Sounds familiar?

Corp Management 5 IIRC was listed in the fully searchable item database (while it was functional) during Shiva testing. We'll see if the Titans will really be like 1 per alliance, due to cost. Hopefully, since almost everyone and their family wants a Titan.

Edited by: babyblue on 07/01/2005 18:08:03 Actually I like the Amarr Titan best (nobody said I was the god of good taste, but it has some aestheticly pleasing features to me). And yes, it does look like a class of enemy ship in Homeworld (somewhere in the Nebulae I seem to remember).
Edit: yea, reading up, Gardens of Kadesh.....

Its funny, the Minmitar finnaly got a ship that doesn't look like it was assembled while forgetting to mount the exterior shell :)
Very imposing nontheless for all ship types.

Except the amarrian puttplug all of them look really cool. Especially the minmatar one. It's the bestest minnie ship I've ever seen and sure one of the better looking ships in the game. Makes me cringe when thinking that I went for Amarr instead of Minmatar.
Well, next question. How are the dreadnaughts and the carriers going to look like? That in fact is IMHO more interesting than the question after the Titans.
