I have been permo banned before, I think it is a generic mail you get when you are banned anyway, was unbanned in 3 hours

It's a bannable offense to share an account, wich means everyone in this story should be ban,the account owner for sharing as well as you.. thats not even mentioning the RMT issue.
No you account should not be re-activated
Yes their accounts should be Perma ban

ITT: EULA violator gets caught stealing assets from someone's account and gets banned. CCP gives back stolen assets. EULA violator upset that he got caught but his victims did not.

I'm the first to rail against CCP's many flaws, but they did well here.
Should they also ban the person who you stole from if they have proof that he RMT'ed? Yep. Have you proven it to them? Not as far as I can tell.

KIA were implicated in the Ferrogel exploiting but managed to pull their POS's down before CCP got round to finding them so wouldn't be surprised.

Ever since early "gm events" handing out items and T20 "incident" I've felt that it's CCP that needs to prove they dont have rats in the boat.

Where 90% of you dummies in this thread complain about how the OP is wrong...
CCP banned 2 accounts based on IP address.
The OP should have had a better story like
"some guy came over his house and saw this dude talking in comms, whipped out his credit card, bought a holding character, logged in to both accounts as I had the ID/PW on my desktop in a file. He then transferred the Titan and Supercarrier to my characters... I'm really innocent in this"
If the story is true. The accounts who purchased isk from a RMT site should be banned. Not the ones on the same IP address or we'd be banning a lot of accounts who use LAN centers or hotspots to play EVE from.
