What fundamental change to attributes would that be? From the look of things most will have the exact same balance in attributes that they have now with a slight boost in training speed, so any skillplans would remain largely unaltered. The only people who will have their attribute balance changed are the ones who have only partly trained their learning skills and it is safe to assume they planned to train the rest, so the imbalance in attributes was only temporary to begin with.

(prepare for more space turds with camo) The reason I think this is because it'd be pretty unbalanced if one race got a new ship while the others didn't.
