Your now telling people who to do complexes simply because they can do it afk?
Tell me, i mine afk with a retriever and do missions on another account
should i expect to be banned for taking 30 minutes afk mining?

Only if you don't actually read it past the title.
It's ONLY talking about those types of complexes where targets with bounties respawn indefinitely and people just sitting there 16-23+ hours/day raking in ISK without being near the keyboard.
AFK-anything or even AFK-that is still allowed, it's only if you consistently stay online longer than a human could be expected to stay awake and in those places using drones to kill stuff for you that CCP has a problem.
