Edited by: Keiretsu Blade on 17/01/2005 12:24:41 In a recent announcement Stain Empire called upon its members for support in securing former Curse Alliance space; in defending its borders and in opposing threats to security.
A conglomeration of former Curse Alliance corporations has stepped forward to work towards this same goal. A new alliance has been formed to control the Great Wildlands region. Its name is The Keiretsu.
The Keiretsu is formed from established corporations that have a wealth of experience of operating in the Great Wildlands. Its goals are to protect the region and to implement policies that secure the ongoing economic success of its members.
The Great Wildlands corridor, extending from B-VIP9 to KLMT-W forms the heart of the region and will be defended rigorously. The Keiretsu currently holds Stain Empire, XETIC, ATUK, former Curse Alliance corporations (including the RUS team) in good standing and offers free passage to these entities through the region. All other persons are encouraged to contact the alliance leaders; Drilla, Velios, or Jaabaa Prime to discuss travel passes. Mining passes and hunting passes are not currently available.
Teamwork forms the basis of everything we do. Together we are stronger. Today marks the beginning of something new, something vibrant. We are the Keiretsu and we are here to stay.

Best of luck, lads and lasses of the Great Wildlands, may your guns aim true and your fights sucessful. I'll doubtless be seeing you again at some point.

Some decent names in that list of coporations.
Godspeed and let's see if this Alliance can grow whereas the CA withered from its own vile nature.

Congratulation to the corporations in The Keiretsu!
I consider the entire list of corporations my friends, so I wish you all the best of luck, and hope you all may prosper in the future as a new alliance.
I salute you.

I'm now confused as to where Alcatraz stand. As we were meant to have travel rights to Xetic space, and yet M.Corp started firing on one of our haulers in the B-VIP to E02 corridor and since then (see post Conflicts Arise in GWL) theres been a lot of shooting...
Why did diplomatic channels fail? I feel I'm having information with held from me somewhere.
[OC I'm stuck at work or I would ask our CEO WTF is happening)
Our standings with Stain and Xetic are still good (as far as I know) and Keiretsu seem to be very open about who they will let in, yet somewhere somehow all hell broke lose and we now have a very agressive stand towards each other. Is there a probablity for re-opening the diplomatic channels, can I get a statement as to why things went pear shaped?

We offered Alcatraz and several others to join but your leaders refuse to join any alliance and just want to live in the area and do your own thing.
This was not acceptable and since then the hostilities has escalated so that both parties are KOS to each other.
If you wish to travel to Xetic space I suggest using the HED-GP route. - *** pure moinage ***

Maybe you missed the part that AF(SE,XF &ATUK) took over the control of CA space. GW was never open space or free to claim. ;)

From the little that I know about this it appears that you might be fighting because of a misunderstanding, but my knowledge in this matter is far from complete so I could be wrong.

The terms of entry into the Keiretsu included NAP with all remaining CA corps which remain on the SE KOS list. As we wish to see the Foylist reminants of CA crushed, this is not acceptable to us. The alliance also wished us to abandon our friends who stood by us when we were exiled from CA. This also was not acceptable by us. Keiretsu declare us KOS, so we fight.

I really hope you're not going to be closing that space to outsiders.... The Great Wildlands is the home of the Thukker tribe, and by claiming and closing that space, you're going to make a whole lot of people very angry.

Your statment is old. CA has 1 Corp with 15 Pilots left. So the NAP you are talking about is out of discussion since days. The true reason is that Altz & ECGO form an 'alliance' with name 'The foundation' and started to settle in GW. Started attacking corps without knowing about the status to the CA & Foyle or SE.
AF declared a ceasefire and also declared Curse space under their control. If you start your own little invasion and own little war, THAT your own problem.

What you say is NOW true about the CA, but this was not so before war with Keiretsu started a few days ago. We have always kept to the terms of the AF NAP, and only fired on corps which had Member of CA Alliance in their corp description. We have been in constant contact with SE and Xetic throughout our movement back to GW. This war was started by Keiretsu who were not willing to share the GW along side Foundation. So be it.

It is true that we do not whis to co-exsist with another alliance in the same space - especially not with one that has such a different agenda.
We were asked (not that they had too, we dont turn on former friends) by AF to stay out of the fight against the reminants of CA and you were informed of this during the initial talks. So that arguement does not hold any credibility.
It comes down to that you had a choice - join the Keiretsu on even terms like all the above mentioned corps and help grow the Keiretsu and build it up. You made it clear you didn't want this and didn't want an alliance - just access to 0.0 space and be left alone. You also proclaimed you would come wheter we liked it or not - and this was before, during and after the negotiations - not a very diplomatic start.
Facts are we are here, we've been here for more than a year and we are still here and have with great ease repelled any attemps to change this.
We are The Keiretsu, we are one and we are right here. - *** pure moinage ***

Edited by: Trilluim on 14/01/2005 23:37:03 I wondered what cousin Bodak was up to with his uncle in Great Wildlands. His last communication weeks ago revealed that it was something related to his uncleÆs job with a Keiretsu corporation and helping the Thukkers with some security issue. BodakÆs uncle always had been tight with the Thukker elders. I always suspected the Thukkers didnÆt get on so well with some of the stowaway coroporations in Great Wildlands. The political science professor at the university had ties to Thukker and often complained about Thukker potentially allowing Great Wildlands to be overrun by CFS style corporations with no concept of secure borders, allowing anyone and their clan's clown into the region. I guess I can see how that would drastically affect the secrecy the Thukkers like to keep surrounding parts of their operation there. It appears the work in which Bodak and his uncle were involved is revealed. It's unfortunate that it is bringing war. Nevertheless, I am just glad to finally be graduating from the University. Perhaps one of the Keiretsu corporations will offer me a pilot assignment to cut my teeth on. I wish that Bodak would be less of a stranger....

Dental Drilling Corporation are proud to be members of the Keiretsu.
The founding corporations are a great asset to the ideals that the Keiretsu stand for.
We will protect our space, and are proud to have the allies that we already have.
To those those that knew most of our corporations as being CA, take it from me, times are changing, are we are adapting. The question that remains, is can you ?

I'm surprised that this group of Ex-CA is doing better than the PvP group that has since been repelled once and so far has failed to do anything to NORAD but bad propaganda attempts on the forums.
well done, I expected a new alliance from the Supremacy group before you guys. Goes to show that just because you can equip a ship and are content to camp a gate all day that doesn't mean you have what it takes to form an alliance.
cheers

Unoficially I think I can say that we have a clean slate with anyone not trespassing in GW, we are not CA, we are The Keiretsu, new alliance, new friends/foes, but alot of old geezers who know what they are doing.
