The Icelandic Yule Lads have managed to get hooked up with internet access and may be visiting a Fansite, forum or social network page that you frequent soon. Intelligence reports indicate that they will operate from Sunday, December 12 through to Friday, December 24. Luckily, we have a way of tracking them down and disabling internet access with help from a CONCORD hit squad, but we will need your help.
On the run up to Christmas we need you to find posts on forums, comments on news articles on media sites or social networking replies by these mischief makers and let us know about them. You will need to be vigilant on your favorite sites and be quick to react.
In order to win we need you to find posts from the Yule Lads, who are listed in the link above, then link the post or comment to this thread. The first player each day to find a post, comment or social networking message will win the prize for that day so you need to keep your eyes open!
So your mission, Capsuleers, is to find these pesky Yule Lads on the dates provided to win the prizes below:
December 12, Stekkjastaur: 1 x PLEX
December 13, Giljagaur: 1 x $20 EVE Store gift certificate
December 14, St·fur: 1 x PLEX
December 15, ¦v÷rusleikir: 1 x $20 EVE Store gift certificate
December 16, Pottaskefill: 2 x PLEX
December 17, Askasleikir: 1 x $30 EVE Store gift certificate
December 18, Hur=askellir: 2 x PLEX
December 19, Skyrgßmur: 1 x $30 EVE Store gift certificate
December 20, Bj·gnakrµkir: 2 x PLEX
December 21, Gluggagµgir: 1 x $30 EVE Store gift certificate
December 22, Gßtta¦efur: 3 x PLEX
December 23, Ketkr=kur: 1 x $50 EVE Store credit
December 24, Kertasnfkir: 4 x PLEX
Rules.
1, The first player to respond in this thread by linking to the Yule Lads post in question wins the prize for that day. Please note that we have pre-planned which Yule Lad posts on which date and on which site so scamming will not be possible.
2, Only posts made in this forum thread are eligible to win prizes.
3, Prizes are non-transferable. Only the prize listed for that day will be awarded and no alternative offered.
4, All EVE Store Credits will come with shipping included so you can spend the full value on items you want.
5, We will contact the winner each day by e-mail with details of their prize. Please note that we will use the e-mail address which is registered to your EVE account to get in touch with you so please ensure that your e-mail is updated.

Reserving a post means you will have to go back and edit your post thereby disqualifying your entry.
Attention to detail folks!

Reserving posts won't actually work, but nice try. It's not exactly in the holiday spirit to try to cheat, but it wouldn't be EVE without it.

Thirteen j=lasveinarnir (1), thirteen days... I'd suppose that only one of them will appear each day, rather than each one every day. Sounds a little trickier now? ^^
Looks like an internet-wide whack-a-mole to me... and that's the name I give to my maulus, so please, DON'T whack a Mole in space if you see one ;-D
(1) This is the plural, right?

then you're beautifuly 3v1l ^^
To CCP: it would certainly be nice if, when one of the Lads is apprehended, CONCORD could put a note in her post to not call for the bounty anymore ;)

Au Contraire, Mon FrFre ! Ok, not scamming you, but scamming eachother, quite likely. Imagine this scenario : mischievous player "X" poses as one of the Yule Lads on one of the more easily frequented sites, makes its fake presence known, plenty see it, somebody happily posts in here first with the location, people see the post and assume it's pointless to keep going for that day, and voila, whenever the real post comes, the one who knows which the fake ones were gets the prize.
