The physical location of the server cluster _IS_ in London. As far as we know. They never claimed they moved it to Iceland. Just because the "main IP" for EVE in general is listed as belonging in Iceland doesn't mean that's where the server is. Heck, geoip databases hardly ever claim anywhere near 100% accuracy anyway.
P.S. At least TQ is in London, but I assume that also goes for SiSi and Multiplicity. Although that's not guaranteed. SiSi and Multiplicity might be physically located in Iceland.
Nearly all our test servers are located in London, including in particular Singularity and Multiplicity.

So...I'm figuring that the PS was drawing high current and the molded plug was getting a bit soft. When you reseated it, one of the supply pins in the softened plastic got folded over or pushed into another causing a dead short.
Wouldn't be the first time I've seen this. Next time advise your techs to see if the male and female plastic socket are hot and soft. If so, don't reseat it till it cools...and it will do it again, so might as well assume the PS is shot.
