ok, ok... maybe it's a bit harsh, beings how it is a gift. In saying this in the anticipation of a new ship I was hopeing for at least a weak frig loadout space like the merlin or the griffon. As I am into the electronics profession field. I can honestly say it is a let down from much anticipated wait. As for the smart @$$ comments... you know that thing attched to you that ur sitting on... u can insert them there with 8grit sandpaper.

ok, I know it's free, but really, what's the point if you can't really do anything with it? It's not that I'm ungrateful. I got mine and it's safe in my hangar and I think it's a cool-looking little ship, but that's about it.
Personally, I learned my lesson on expecting too much from free ships with the Primae. Another ship that looks super-cool (in my opinion) but is pretty much useless.
I mean, is it really asking too much for a free ship to be capable of being fitted-out with weapons and equipment? That's all I'm saying.
I love that CCP gives us free stuff, I just wish they'd make them useable for something. They go to so much trouble designing the ship itself, it seems such a shame when they then limit the equipment ports to 1 medium port. It's like "what am I supposed to do with that?" (other than put the sansha codebreaker thingi in it).
The gift ships would be soooooo much cooler if we could just outfit them! That's it in a nutshell. I don't think there's anything wrong with saying that. And all you people who frackin lurrrrrve to scour the forums for any chance to post a sarcastic comment are just so far up CCP's @ss that you can't form an original opinion of your own anymore, so please, keep it to yourself - no one cares.
Please CCP - let us outfit the gift ships? That's all we ask.

Which Sansha incursion did you run in your new ship? And it didn't help? Did you try another ship in the same incursion?
It is possible it is worthless but until you have at least tried to use it the way the Devs appear to be pointing, please stop complaining about it. It is entirely likely having it with the code breaker installed is the key to clearing the incursion.
p.s. I understand about incursions but does everyone else...

^ This part I highly doubt. Do you really think CCP would put the whole plot of the expansion into something that could get blown up so easily and not replaced? Imagine months of programming being wasted because a suicide ganking corp destroyed all of these little "police cars".
More likely, the module and ship will be the only thing able to open a few cans containing special loot in each incursion. Not necessary to complete the objective, but a nice little bonus if you kept your ship/module and actually used it after clearing a site.

Its a ship with zero SP requirement and a free module to help spark interst in the hacking proffession for the upcomming expansion. Its there as a "Nudge" to go out and try the gameplay the ship represents wihtout having to invest any real SP into making the ship work.
Its also like the nautics/primae. We are going to see a dedicated hacker sometime in the not too distant future.

I dont like the attitude of the OP, but yours is actually worse....
The ship is worthless and has been reprocessed as it should be, why on earth did they spend time giving it out? Some of the other free gift ships actually had a purpuse, like the scanning ship that sleepers ignore? A shuttle with a different look?
But a hacking ship with no highslots for cloak/probelauncher is a joke.
