I agree with KILLeR21's solution see this thread.
Mission space should be accessible only to those who are actually on the mission. This makes the most sense since the mission area is a temporary area that was spawned by the player/s accepting the mission in the first place and only exists until the mission expires or the player completes/abandons the mission. It is NOT a perminent feature of the solar system it resides in and thus should not be visible to anyone but the missioner/s.
By definition then being able to 'trespass' in someone else's mission space (since it was created for them) should be concidered an exploit and/or a bug in EVE and CCP should look into it and get it fixed.
Anyone who disagrees with the proposed fix or has some stupid idea that said fix is an exploit in itself or some other snivelling idiotic excuse are obviously part of the problem and should get their heads out of their a****s.

Dont think i have ever heard anything so stupid.
Even if a mission has been spawned for someone specific it still exists in the same area of "SPACE" that other pilots inhabit. Therefore if said pilots feel that they wish to probe down the area of space which has both you and a mission in thats as much their business as it is yours to accept a mission.
You don't "Own" the space that your mission is spawned in therefore you cannot claim that someone is "tresspassing" in it.
I fear however that this premise will be lost on you considering the nature of your post.

That's a rather dangerous position to take considering the one bullet it'd take to shoot you would be much cheaper than the 300.000 bullets it'd take to shoot the rest of eve's population.
Now be a good little carebear and go back to whatever mindless themepark you came from.

No. Space is not safe. Accept it and move on (or start doing your missions in unprobable ships)à or don't accept it and move on to another game. Your choice, really.

So you think that if someone was to get a mission in an enamy corps system, then that person and their entire fleet should have an unreachable safespot to hang out and prepare for PVP in.
What do you imagine that would do to the game?

Think of it this way. Even with a ring of satellites orbiting the world and hyper-sonic aircraft, we still cannot guarantee a ship sailing the Earth's oceans can be safe from pirates. (Even giant cruise ships train their crews on how to repel pirates.)
What makes you think it's possible to make the vast empty reaches of outer space safe from pirates?
Plus it's a "feature." Nowhere in Eve is 100% safe except when you're docked in a station.

I like it when people go red to me in my missions. It's makes for some fun PvP which in most cases is the last source of 1v1 you can find in the game. I made 300M ransoming off a pirate's Tengu couple days ago. Blown up lots of Hurricanes, couple vagabonds. I purposefully mission in pirate infested missions beause I want them to come into my missions.

Would you care to elaborate on the problem addressed by said solution/fix? It seems to be rather elusive and non-specific. And it is rather hard to endorse a solution/fix without knowing what the problems being solved actually is.
If said identified problem is that some players occasionally end up interacting with other players on a non-consensual basis and have to react to it somehow... I guess I fail to see it as a problem. But at least we could try to hammer that part out before actually trying to "solve" anything.

Well if you mission in a high traffic mission hub then expect to be probed out and ninja salvaged/looted. Look for a back water system and mission there as you won't find ninja salvages scanning down missioners in a system with 10 players in it.
but this is just another snivelling idiotic excuse, and my head is up my butt

If anyone is on your grid in a mission, then they're actually on the mission. Therefore, ninja looters are by default on the mission. Since this is already how CCP implements it, then there is no problem. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. QED.

So if this gets put into place anyone under a war dec has an unscanable hiding place as long as the mission is active, and oh let's fleet the rest of my corp and neut RR so they can have a safe place also.
Learn to watch your scanner and jump out when you see probes getting too close. Or better yet find a system to mission in that isn't a mission hub.

Missions happen in open space on their own grid not an instance. The only "instance" in Eve is in hanger. If you are in space you are available to any pilot who can scan you down, unless you happen to be one of the hated AFK cloakers.

Technically, mission pockets aren't visible to outsiders; That's why you can only get into them by joining up with the mission runner or else using probes.
I have my own beliefs about ninja salvaging in regards to wrecks, but that's a whole other debate.

1. Create new mission overview. Set Overview to display probes, remove moons and POS crap. 2. Load overview, load brackets 3. Open DScan, set to 450,000,000 or higher (750,000,000 best), set 360 degree, check "USE OVERVIEW SETTINGS". 4. ??? 5. PROFIT! Scan about once a minute. If you find 4 probes near you, reset to 300,000,000. If you still see it, set to 150,000,00 and if it you see 4. Time to clean up after yourself and start popping wrecks, cause you got company comming. Also, right click - Abandond all wrecks and pop the battleships as they will ignore the smaller crappy ones.
They may think they are ****ing on your parade and thump their chest while stroking their **** because they made you destroy the wrecks (where they claim to collect the runner up door prize of carebear tears they invent to make themselves feel tougher, never mail or convo them to give them physical evidence), but if they cannot aggro you it works as anti-viagra causing their mental erections to go limp and ****ting in their sandbox instead of yours when you do not play their game. And if they get the mission objective, just click cancel, suck up the loss (you will already of gotten a decent amount of bounty), and work the standing back.

CCP will never do this.
1st this game is about pvp
2nd pve exists to bring targets for pvp'ers
3rd they gave pvp'rs combat probes and will not take them back
4th you can mission in some improbable ship, train T3
5th if you're enough rid of this then try another game ________________________________________________

You can also add some fun by poping the trigger when they get enough close to the spawn site. Enjoy your new salvager and scan probe louncher or sell them to make some profit ________________________________________________
