Propagate the scheme across the Gallente Navy range. 2(b); Reinstate proper gold on Amarr ships, also reinstating a proper red on Carthum shipsGǪetc. 2(c); Reinstate the Fleet GÇÿpestGÇÖs square LADAR arrays (aka Top Wingy bits), the VagabondGÇÖs earsGǪetc. 2(d); Tail back on GÇ£Space CamoGÇ¥ including creating a library of design styles appropriate to each faction and NPC corporation to ensure that the future proliferation of GÇ£Space CamoGÇ¥ is limited.
3, Address all those annoying bits where the game runs counter to lore due to previous balancing, insufficient resources available at the time...etc. (Including but not limited to - NEx clothing which actually looks like it might conform to Gallente fashions (and I'll have the Intaki Male's long hair back while we're at it), three strips on skiffs (rather than a ham fisted "special way of fitting one which makes it three times as effective)...etc

I would go one step further and make sure expectations within the eve community match up with what can be produced, of course directly related to release schedules.
I would not only organize fun team building activities, i would make sure there would be fun events in eve......team building......giving face to unthought aspects of eve game play.....or rarely seen.
Make a nice capturing package and easy sharing option, sound and video.... Giving "us" the tools to capture for example a speedway race event people might want to organize (cough)...or.......create choreographed light shows in a Krumpin kind of way.....for teams to take part in
Highlight a play style.....like...say....underground movement.......small cells independently sabotaging large alliance war efforts.......by which small/new corporations can get there first taste of other sec space than HS.
You know......close the gap between player base and development.....don't hand out the fish.....but keep handing out rods....
Also....create rules for forums, so people have a change to speak up.....or speak there mind....no matter age of character.... The forum rule set should be different from in game.......on the forum....you would expect intelligent conversations.......given the "elite" playerbase.....For people outside off EvE.......they look up to EvE, thinking these are all intelligent gamers....yet once they seen the forum..........they rather not play at all.
You see, you need to get to know EvE first before understanding why people act the way they do. All the propaganda and troll stuff should be done on alliance/corp owned websites......not your main forum. Your main forum serves a different function.....it should be the place where all arshattery is put aside and more people should want to speak up.
Do not get me wrong, i am hooked, love the game.....It would be great though if more new players would stay......have a carrot on a stick to continue.....
ah well....this medium is not for exchanging ideas in its full glory.....but you get the picture. Once you think you have it all, you-áhave actually become-áignorant towards everything else.

Lowsec, it needs to be a place where you can fly solo or small ganged in a cruiser sized ship, and still make solid amounts of money. 3. Armor tanking, it really should be changed in to midslot modules. Or something.
4. Drone Damage Amps, add some faction ones because the current ones are even weaker then standard T2 BCU's (by a large margin)

1) Make the NPE the number one priority and start a campaign to bring in as many new players as possible.
2) Don't shoot me for saying it, but WiS needs a lot of work and should be high on priorities as this is a major drawback that deters new players/customers. CCP had the right idea but horrible implementation. I would strongly consider scrapping the current WiS character engine for one that doesn't melt people's computers. I'd gladly give up super high graphic quality for versatility. With lower graphic requirements, you can easily have large numbers o players together and from there you can create other things like shops or gambling or whatever.
3) Give the "good guys" the ability to be good and thrive at it. So muh of the game revolves around underhanded cruel player behavior, yet good guys can't really thrive. It's easy to be a pirate but near impossible to be an anti pirate. It's easy to scam but impossible to fight the scammers. It's so repulsive to hear every newbies tale of how they experience the awful and cruelty from other players. This game is brutal and harsh because the game doesn't allow for good guys. Well, if that's the top 3 priorities then they are useless bosses. Number one and two are yearly or quarterly things unless you got a bad employee that needs to be booted. Number three is worthless. Noone wants to play a hool-a-hoop game just give proper raises and bonuses so everyone feels like a well payed team.
That crap is the reason I opened my own business and trounced the competition....meetings (another way of saying "HEY! let's get together for coffee and cakes while we talk about the same things that aren't done 400 times instead of using our budget properly so they get done") |

Without making people feel like low sec, null sec and wormhole space are a way for them to move up in the world and experience new and exiting things not available in HS, the game will grow stagnant over time. |

Because subjecting people to all the problems in null/low/wh that aren't related to HS is a sure fire way to keep a steady subscription base.
Space beyond HS must be long-term fun for people to move away from High-Sec. Otherwise you're just doing the same thing that the Soviets did in WW2: Shooting your own men to give the wrong kind of motivation.
