We jumped in one fleet and 1 120 man cap fleet to h-pa home system... they didn't fight at home.

Our support fleet got jumped by PL hac fleet 1 from UMI... We jumped in our cap fleet, PL jumped in theres... PRIMARY TITANS

By the end of the fight, NC prolly had 700 caps 150 supers in system... we actually logged support and carriers out to clear lag.

Dunno What PL's plan was... but it ended poorly.

Nc figured their gang wasn't enough to kill us, jumped their caps and supers in and dd'd our guardians. Getting conflicting views/reports of the support fight... when i jumped in, i checked wrecks and it appeared our support was doing just fine. I saw probably 40 enemy wrecks and probably the same friendly. I can only go by wreck counts.

As for your capital plan... I figured it was something along those lines, but did you not think you were going to get rage bubbled 1 jump out from the entire NC's core staging system?

What seemed like hours to me before grid would load, and then primary came loud. T3 ships began to be doomsday, logistics were melting, and the conventional fleet was putting a pounding.

The moment I knew:
ôMassive log on of PL supers, Massive log in of PL supers, and red cyno up, red cyno upö filled my ears and instantly warmed me to the core. My first super caps fight in my titan. Pandemic Legion filled the system with 20+ titans and a handful of mother ships. Without pause, a primary was called, and I began to align with random directions in mind. Clear of bubbles I focused fire, and cycled my doomsday every time it was up.

We took a hard hit:
With one titan down already we receive word over com that a friendly titan is in trouble. Reports of shields hitting 75%, then quickly to 50%, and with lag I know in my mind this isnÆt a good sign for him. In an effort to save our comrade in arms, the FC called for all supers to provide remote rep, and all shield carriers to triage and begin repairing his shields. This delayed the inevitable future that was coming, for many minutes he held, until finally the call over com, ôdid he get outö? This gave me more drive than ever, no matter how much fuel it cost me, missiles, or even my ship its self, more PL titans were going to see their doom.

When it became a blur:
It wasnÆt long until many titans had been killed, at the point where we knew 5 were down and PL was desperately trying to remove their fleet from the field I knew I had just survived. This battle I will remember, as this is why I play eve. Epic fights, Epic wins, and to remember those who epically lost so we could all remain in our space. The total numbers arenÆt decided yet, we lost 2 titans and PL lost 7 titans and at least 1 Super carrier.
To those who died *cheers*

For those who think this was about isk it wasn't. This was about good fights, lots of lauphs, and I will remember both sides for engaging as many many alliances will not do. I have isk..... even if I lost my titan I would buy another one. You CANNOT buy memories like this, or the feelings that come with big fights.

From the moment we entered system I already made up my mind this would be like any other day on eve. I had my soda on my table sipping away as we pegged away at PL interdictors. You're right they earned the respect they're getting. That's why I'm giving them absolutely none. It was a terrible call, both tactically and in terms of morale. Who cares about whether they can 'afford' it - almost every major alliance won't even shake the snake for a titan these days - but it was a pitiful and arrogant misjudgement.

You lot can keep creaming your pants and swallowing the load down if you want, but it was a terrible decision which has now hugely motivated their enemies. Only good news for PL is that they already held the record for the most laughable cap fleet disaster in all of Eve's history.

It's much more fun to sit in Jita at 4-4 station doing PVP / shooting war targets instead of being in 0.0 space where all is about blobbing the most where you can't shoot anything because of the lag.

Why do you think i left 0.0 space and went to empire in the end?

When the lag is fixed or fixed mostly, then i will probably go back to 0.0 space again.
