I suggest this matter be settled by a more traditional method of resolution for resolving internal conflicts: a Tournament of Champions.
Injured parties will appoint champions who will meet on the field of battle and God will grant victory to the righteous. ____

Crusader Dane,
Please leave this issue to the diplomats. I am sure nobody would deny you the right to defend yourself, but saying you will take down any neutral that you have the capability and opportunity to do so you are presenting yourself as a immoral pirate.
I would also suggest not to post AR internal decisions or intelligence on this summit until there is a clear need to do so. I understand you are angry, but direct that anger at the pilots of the Tribal Liberation Force.

Fact of the matter is, neither CVA nor Amarrian Retribution have been given any right by the Empire to decide who should erect a POS in the Bleak Lands or who should be shot or aided. They both have chosen their own path to support the Empire, and do so in the manner they believe is best.
It is my belief that the mere fact that someone is attacking one's allies should not sufficient to open fire on them *without diplomatic effort*, especially if it is not a situation of immediate urgency.
Has there been diplomatic effort from the CVA to resolve this issue before the ships were cynoed in? Being a member of the 24th Crusade alone should not be a reason for CVA to hold their fire or prevent them from assisting their allies, but it should be sufficient reason to try and solve this diplomatically before launching a surprise attack.
Even if the purpose was to defend the tower and no diplomatic solution was available at the time, merely chasing off the hostiles would have been a sufficient response. It is not written in the Scriptures that one should always try to destroy one's enemy.

I disagree, sister.
In low-sec, having multiple supercapitals dropped on one of your patrol fleets by an unassuming hauler or cruiser will quickly change one's views of the words "neutral" and "paranoia."
I would say that only one weak of mind and conviction would suffer from that. The strong of mind evaluate each situation anew and do not remain mentally traumatized by one incident. The strong take into consideration that 19 in 20 times that Cruiser or Hauler is not dropping Supercapitals. ____

Quoted for truth, the people who are decrying NBSI simply have not experienced the difficulty of weeding out spys and awoxers among blues. Add neutrals to the mix and you add confusion to an already frustrating security problem.
I a universe where death is only a monetary inconvenience at best, weeding out spies and traitors is impossible. In a world with mortal men these people are exterminated with extreme prejudice.

Its simple, if you do not belong in our area stay out and keep clear of us when you see us in other areas or try to take us down.
I seem to believe that most people are often in disagreement who belongs and who does not. Additionally, in my experience, most 'neutrals' don't receive any warning from people such as yourself. If you make it a habit of warning said neutrals and giving them ample time to leave the area, then I would be convinced that you were actually trying to protect space from spies. My experience the only communication tends to be gunfire.

You are making a false comparison. There are hostile pilots, and non-hostile pilots. Non-hostile pilots can be out there for many reasons, simple travel from point A to point B among them. ____
