So, I have been waiting for about 20 hours for a response or even just a simple explanation as to why I suddenly can't connect to Tranquility. I have done everything I can on my end from re-installing the game to contacting my ISP to see if there is something wrong on my end of things. So far, everything from connection diagnostics to PingPlotter points to CCP servers not accepting my connection requests and there has been no response or even acknowledgement by support staff. I feel like I should make some kind of label T-shirt saying "I was left behind by Eve Online and all I got was this lousy shirt!"
Is anyone else in North America having connection problems with CCP or am I singled out for something? Any help would be appreciated.

Petitions can take days before they're replied to because of the always existing backlog. Best suggestion I can give is paste the pingplotter result, Logserver output(don't know if it will help) and even captured network traffic by wireshark in petition and maybe even forum. |

So.. I tried to tracert to the IP above, and it cannot even find it. This is really odd as my launcher says its active, as stated in previous post. But still I cannot ping the server, but it gives me the name of the server when I input the IP. Soo... wtf?

It started happening to me as well. Yesterday it began randomly disconnecting. Now it disconnects and i can not log in on the EVE client or load the website. When I can connect... it's for a few minutes and then it drops again for 20 or so minutes. |

Same issue here. Launcher wouldn't even start up. I couldn't even load www.eveonline.com anymore! Note that all other internet traffic worked just fine. Problem started Sunday morning with random freezes ingame, then nothing worked, when restarting client TQ connection could no longer be established. Was intermittent before DT Sun, after it was persistent for hours. At the time of this posting it's working again, let's see for how long.

Same problem here, all started yesterday at 17-ish EVE time. Cannot access eveonline.com or tranquility; everything else is working fine. My ISP is Telia. Posting this from work, which of course is on a different ISP. |

Same problem... guess I should have checked the forums a b tmore before posting.
I am in the Czech Republic. ISP is MaxProgres. Only reason I'm able to get on right now is I'm on a VPN to another network.
