If there are true shortages, then the value goes up. When the value goes up, the incentive to obtain it goes up. And if the cost ever gets truely too high, then ccp will tweak it. Right now I'd imagine there is such a huge surplus of liquid ozo...

I've found it's not really worth it. The hassle of creating single contracts, to sell something for <1mill - 2/3 mill just isn't worth the time. Too many clicks for too little isk. And with only 14 days on a contract, good chance it will expire.
