So will your borders be open to the Keiretsu then? |

Well your "Facts" are not really in correct im afraid. In the initial meeting that I set up - ALL corps were invited and we had every intention of working with corps that had even been historic enemies such as [TOGCO]. It was the attitude of a few of your pilots (namely from [VIRII] towards us before we even got started that brought what should have been a new era in the history of GW to a grinding halt.
The Keiretsu had to go ahead with our vision, with or without you.

Seems you are not too sure of what you are writing here anyway.

We do not have a solo claim on the region - no one does. We just aim to regulate 0.0 GW so that it does not turn into a free for all. As I have stated on many occasions now. ALL foundation corps were invited to talks with us on their return from the shattered Fade Union in the hope of a new era for us all.
The rest is history.
** when I sat Free for all I mean that only respectable, non pirate corporations who would wish to contribute to the stability of the region and work closely with other corps dwelling there too. |

Come o Fenix, get real for a moment...
OK lets do it your way, bring every corp in Molden into GW, hek bring all the n00bs of Pator too and lets see what happens.
You must all be smoking something if you think this lovie attitude to 0.0 will allow for anything but anarchy and a haven for pirate gankers. 0.0 needs order! In the same way that Concord offer stability and rules to Empire life. |

Originally by: Alex Harumichi It's quite possible to both control a region (in the "keep the worst pirates and hostiles out" sense) and allow open or semi-open usage of it. All you have to do is be a bit less greedy, and realize that
So by that token... you would be willing to come fight for the stability of GW as well then in equal measure to the amount of NPC'ing and mining you and your corp would want to do?
The people that come to GW MUST be responsible and work with the established community that resides in GW to keep it safe from agreed hostile forces. Cant see that working without some major teamwork... the word Alliance springs to mind |

I for one can't believe the immaturity of some posts here and have a grudge against certain M.Corp members. Yet for the most you have all been very good friends(?) in the recent battles.
Please DO NOT talk on behalf of M.Corp - you clearly do not know that I have had very civil talks (in the Keiretsu Teamspeak) with BOTH Lord Cyric of VIRII and Khal Dominicus of EGCO and your own CEO Baltafett whom I know well and consider to be a friend,
Progress was made on the road to a peaceful solution, and it is baseless opinions like yours about "what you think you know" that damage the good work being done. If you don't believe what I have written here Harcole then show it to your CEO as I know he will agree with me.
The talks for peace continue, in the mean time both of our groups have a common threat sitting just outside the borders... |

The NAP was set up so that Foundation and Keiretsu could enjoy co-operation while under the threat of a possible pirate invasion that would have been damaging for both our alliances.
The leaders of Foundation and Keiretsu breathed a collective sigh as it finally looked as if we could get something working as a team as we waited for the onslaught....
Two days passed with no sign of danger... we were all taken by our and an uneasy peace between Keiretsu / Foundation held - we were able to fly side by side with little or no incidents...
What happened in these two days though highlighted why we were at war in the first place.... A number of key foundation corps immediately set up residence in UúK and proceeded to completely decimate the belts there... The U3K system is resident to two Keiretsu POS, our alliance has invested billions of isk and effort maintaining these bases and to see the minerals on which we depend to fund their operation so aggressively pillaged was a bitter blow to Keiretsu's faith in Foundation to use this time to formulate strategies, to explore avenues in which we had common goals... Little of this happened and I was shocked at the lack of communication between our leadership.
By late Saturday afternoon it was clear that the utter strip mining of U3K by foundation would continue if no one said anything. I suggested to some of the worst offenders in Foundation (The industrial corp [BSCA] ) that they simply find another Ark-rich system for there are many in GW. Tensions in Keiretsu were beginning to build over what we were seeing. The Foundation were acting like a plague of parasitic locusts, using the ceasefire to maximise their profits while Keiretsu adopted the usual approach of "everything in moderation"
It took one small spark to ignite the flame... After the refusal of Foundation to consider our requests and drop their mining lasers, we also discovered that they had also used the time to install two POS of their own... One next door to U3K itself, and the other down the finger to V-IH. This was a direct violation of the NAP agreement which stated that this ceasefire would not be used to facilitate such activities. A small confrontation involving Moros from M. Corp and an [ALTZ] hauler laden with minerals on the exit to U3K quickly snowballed into a stand-off... which then resulted in a battle for E02 itself (the main hub system of GW) Keiretsu being the more military minded of our alliances were quick to form a plan and show Foundation yet again what it means to fight for your ideals... We caught them at the 8YC gate in E02 in a 3-way pincer movement... Destroyed their fleet (taking some losses of our own of course) and then proceeded to destroy their medium mobile warp disruptor bubble.
Deploying such a weapon shows us that Foundation were interested in inflicting maximum casualties on us as possible for calling time on their exploitative practices- our power and numbers won through however.
Since the NAP was rescinded for such actions, the Keiretsu go it alone in the face of constant danger. On Sunday night the once powerful m0o corporation arrived at our gates in B-VIP. As every man in the EVE universe knows... the likelihood of m0o corp coming in peace is very unlikely - their forces were destroyed (again at bitter cost to ourselves) and they were dissolved before they could march on into Great Wildlands to wreak havoc.
Today, U3K is recovering, and we wish it to remain that way until some form of recognition comes our way from the Foundation that they need to respect the land, and the vested interest we have in moderating its use. Foundation corps that stripped it must have made billions of isk in ore such was the veracity of their mining... I hope they have learned a valuable lesson about the dangers of greed. Never again shall U3K be witness to such Arkonor fever. |

Originally by: DUFFMANX U can make all the nappies u want but if ye dont put past and present differences aside then both will fall.
What is all this? there are NO past differences! M. Corp etc have had nothing but good relations with the Foundation corps in our other life...
It's because these corps are taking the p i s s left right and centre that the nap failed. I just could not believe the scale of the foundations mining machine while we stood back and looked on.. mouths agape.
I'm not for one moment suggesting it is true but one might be forgiven for thinking that the threat of outside attackers was an idea engineered by the foundation, knowing a NAP may be formed and thus allowing them to jump out of the starting blocks with mining lasers fitted!
There are no personal differences - just differences regarding how responsible 0.0 corporations should conduct themselves if they wish to be secure, and at peace with their neighbours.
There will be no more NAP's with foundation. When this NAP was revoked we were implicitly aware that there would be no going back. |

I would re-post it for sure... yet I feel it is futile. From Keiretsu's perspective I speak not one word of a lie here, yet my words come to mean nothing once they are twisted and micro-quoted out of shape.
The important thing is that any honest corp affiliated with foundation (like Organ Grinders who we all respect for sticking to principles) should be able to accept that using the NAP in such a greedy and self serving way was wrong - and was clearly a demonstration of the true nature of certain foundation corps. We could never work with people like this... they just drag everyone down.
Corps like this offer NOTHING when the s h i t hits the fan - they don't want to break off making isk for one minute, and they set a bad example for everyone.
I implore those respectable people of the foundation to come forward and publicly renownce the greedy nature of some of the corps amongst you. Are these really people you can count on? They are the reason peace is broken, we detest corps like that - greedy, self motivated scum - they deserve everything they have coming to them. |

Thats cool Duff, good luck in what you do from here, and admitting that certain Foundation corps have been greedy. We all know this, but to hear it from you vindicates our decision to act.
You are not the only person we know of to be leaving the foundation in search of a fresh start. |
