REALLY?
When the **** did Vherikor females become ****ING MONGOLIAN?!?
What kind of half-assed dumb **** did you morons put in charge of the base features department? Some blind jackass with only a half assed idea of what a human face should look like?
+10
It wouldn't be so bad if they'd art least let us change our bloodlines. It's been mentioned again and again in EVERY test server feedback thread, someone even made a Assembly Hall proposal - STILL not a single reaction from either CCP or CSM.
WTF???

Are you guys for real?
You sound like a bunch of whinie ass punks freshly squeezed from the WoW juice. Get a grip on yourself for pete's sake.
New stuff will be added to the character creator and we will have the option to refine our portraits in due course. Stop getting your knickers in a twist over this, it makes you look really stupid and makes my belly hurt from laughter.

The thing is, I don't think there's much quality in the options they actually gave us to begin with. The character creator itself is great in the sheer amount of potential it has, but I'm satisfied with very, very few aspects of it. It does not even feel remotely close to being finished.
I remember testing an earlier build of it on sisi a while back, and feeling very relieved they were calling it a work in progress or what have you. And then it goes live a month later, or however long it was, and minus a few bug fixes, and maybe a few other things, and it's pretty much the same thing. Yes, I'm sure they did a lot of work on the backend, but that doesn't change how I feel about the end product.

So we shouldn't voice dissatisfaction about an aspect of a game we pay for that we're dissatisfied with? I sure hope they give us the option to re-do our portraits as they add features, I was under the impression that wasn't going to happen.

Confirmed for having absolutely no idea what you're talking about whatsoever.
Every bloodline and race has less options now than they did in previous test builds. CCP have inexplicably removed access to art assets for certain races or bloodlines. ----- Andreus Ixiris CEO, Mixed Metaphor

He means non-dread long hair. Like my portait about a week ago.
This bothers me more then the vherokior changes, that I could get to make a nice picture again ------------------------------------- I like to fly around and shoot stuff.

Seriously, why is there even a racial limit on character avatars? I understand that it was fun with the last avatar system to know someone's 'race' based on their look(I really liked the way minmatar were made.) However, why are they limiting things like long hair and clothes? I wanted long hair and dreadlocks were the only option. So now I guess I'm rasta.

In earlier builds, they weren't - you could get any hair or clothes on any race. Then they started race-locking art assets and I've been campaigning since Tuesday to have this inexplicable and unjustifiable decision reversed. ----- Andreus Ixiris CEO, Mixed Metaphor

Joining in the "long hair for males" campaign!!
Short hair makes sense for slaves, shorter hair -> easier to kill lices. Therefore long hair is a symbol for freedom.. At least that is my rationale for long hair for minmatar males.
Give me long hair or give me death!!!

My avatar used to have the coolest facial tattoo. Now, not so much. It's not even there.
I know that those things will be added in later builds. I really hope the mirrored "Top-Gun" aviators, the kind you *can't* see through, are in later builds as well.
What I can't understand is, we were told that this was going to be the "Best Thing Ever", and even the higher system requirements were going to be "Worth It", and we were handed an unfinished product. Why?
I'm sure that those of you that think this isn't a big deal wouldn't have cared if they waited until the Character Creator was completely finished before they released it. Right?
