I spent quite a bit of time on SISI getting my character's look down. When I got this camera angle, I was very happy with something I wouldn't mind staring at for another 7 years. :)

I wouldn't mind being able to keep my previous. I liked the hair style.
BTW - The portrait I took looks really sweet in game. Not many folks are zooming in to fill the portrait area, so my portrait really stands out in a channel. :)

I tried to get as far from the camera as possible, to hide the lack of tattoos from myself.
However, I am liking the "HAI IZ MY FACE" up close and personal thing you have there.

I worked very hard to ensure that this character looked good in a photo, as well as the rest of her body. I painstakingly centered the camera on her face, worked really hard to avoid any kind of intersecting lines in the picture to ensure her head wasn't being chopped off.
Worked real hard to get a good, natural skin color with balance and tone. I would have added a few freckles but I didn't want them so splotchy. Final result came out fairly well I think.

Its funny that most people dont understand what an expression and the photo of the like makes powerful, apply some classic rules of photography and here you go, you have a pic that stands out. Like the op, you like it or not but you certainly can tell the difference from allt he other boring centered- omgmyshouldersaresonicelookatthem pics...

Smiles are IMPOSSIBLE. I worked hard to get her smiling initially showing teeth. That didn't work out so well. The smiles have seemingly lost a lot of emotion since they were on Sisi. Why, I don't know, but it is really frustrating.

You look good, smiles don't really look good from my experiments. So no smile for me.
