Consider the fact that EVE pod pilots are much more evolved humans. It makes sense that in a system with trillions of people all over the galaxy that pod pilots are the best of the best genetically. You cant deny that on a species survival level large chested females are of higher value. Over time all the flat chested females would have had genetic manipulation done on themselves and their female children. Over a long time the genes that make females have flat chests would be removed. Name one female who loves having no chest, who thinks she is superior to all the other well endowed females in the world, and has a super high self esteem that allows her to see herself in the mirror and not feel depressed. Evolution demands large chested females.

Large breasts will be considered a hinderance at best.
