In the character creator, make a female character and turn the aging and scaring sliders all the way up. Nothing changes. I see a nice spectrum of ages for male characters, but every female character I've seen looks to be in her 20's. I tried to make an old woman, but it seems impossible.

I havent tried, I know the draw times can be longer the more extreme you make the change. You might just need to wait it out a few mins.
Either that or make 5 chars that call her Mommy. She will get old fast. |

You can try and exaggerate the facial features. Usually as you grow older the nose, chin, ears continue to grow...

But why would pod pilots be old? Most of us aren't older then a few months.
Sure you can clone an older body but I would assume you don't want to clone it too old so as to be functionally disabled.

The amarr have a good reason, other than that unless you got podded, I doubt the eve population would clone jump just for the sake of vanity?
I don't know, I guess I would have expected to maybe get a character that looked a little older, but know that I think about it, the old characters were all about the same age too, so I guess we have a little more options now than we did

We aren't the eve population! We are gods among men. The gods DO jump for the sake of vanity. They probably change clones as soon as they see a single wrinkle.

Given unlimited plastic surgery capabilities (and immortality), the future where males are ranging between 20-50 and women between 18-25 seems pretty realistic to me.

that. basically, take "normal" face than enlarge one or two parts, maybe even reduce others. skin shader can't be helped much. consider it "preservation treatment" :)

Some people might prefer to look older for the impression of dignity and wisdom that it gives. I for one would not be comfortable if the Prime Minister looked like he's barely old enough to drink.
