BTW, i have answer to my Petition now and again they refused a reimburse for my Scorpion in this Fight like always when i loose Stuff to Server Issue things -.-

We looked into this issue and deployed a possible improvement to the client together with today's patch.
It would be great if you could let us know in this thread, if the behavior has improved.

so this means that ccp recognizes they broke the game with the last patch - and i'm sure all of the reimbursement petitions will be honored now?

Probably related to the general drop in performance seen after 1.1.0.

Looks like not.. GM Strixaluco said again no reimbursement after shown him this Thread and CCP Habakuks Post. He argumented that another Players Threads, Comments or Experience cant help to reimburse my Ship. He said aswell they cant see any problems or localize if my Scorp died to Lag or not.

Cry, get over it, man. It's just an internet space ship and you will lose more of them like all of us will. You're in FW, FW missions will provide you with more than enough LP to easily replace that.
The problem is with lag.

Bomberlocks i have enough Money. I do PvP since i Play EvE. I dont care about this ship but i care about Principles. They just say stuff trough Server Issues gets reimbursed. And i dont accept that i loose a Ship without beeing able to Control it.

CCPs response to reimbursement:
If you are part of a fleet engagement, being in the same system, we cannot reimburse, no matter the condition of our server. If we start reimbursing in those conditions than any party can force reimbursement by simply getting enough pilots to produce lag or any other side effect of a heavy load. That means we would have to reimburse any and all losses from every fleet engagement, including changes to sovereignty or the loss of sovereignty structures. Our petition system and reimbursement policy would become a tool for in game parties to defend their assets or to manipulate the political and military landscape.
For these reasons we cannot deviate from our policy and for these reasons we cannot reimburse any losses suffered from a fleet battle.
This is a shame im on minimum graphics settings, on a 10mb fibre optic line and unable to take part in any decent fleet fight
I literally froze for 10-15 mins in that engagement i couldnt do anything but wait to wake up in my fresh clone
Agree with you guys i will probably have to find a new game as mission running is just mind numbingly easy and boring, PVP is the only fun thing for me but this simply isnt possible with a decent sized fleet

Cant believe that you get similar responses to this reimbursement Petition. Why GM`s does refuse Reimbursements for this horrible Sysem Error or whatever it is?
They just had some bugs/Errors in this patch it looks like, then you die in a expensive Ship without able to Control it and the they refuse reimbursement for this - horrible really! Well its not our fault that CCP had Bugs in the new patched Client which ended in Lag or whatever.
Reimbursement Policy
# Ships lost during PVP combat may be replaced only in cases where a bug has been verified as the cause of the loss. Such reimbursement would only be done after an investigation and at the discretion of a GM.
For me its a Bug if im not able to Control my Ship normally as it should be.
Most Guys wasnt able to activate any Single Module....

Certainly seems better in small engagements. Not been in a properly large scrap yet since you did this. |

lessen ur fleets to less ships in systems...
